Just what I wanted to know, with a couple of ideas to decorate them. Brilliant!
Watching you work with the fondant, reminded me of when I used to do it on my Christmas cake which was most rewarding.
Genius , i love your show
Thanks for the class :) you have one of the coolest professions ever :) greetings from Mexico

Hi, how are you, I hope you can help, I can't seem to find silicone molds that are bar size for showers do you know where I might find some?
I’ve just purchased the exact same muffin mold & I can’t wait to be able to make muffins without the paper cake cases, I can’t stand them 😎👍
Where from please
thanks you solve my very big problem
Is it injurious to health
My cupcakes turned out to burn only from the bottom when I took out it was not cooked properly from up...what to do
I used silicon cake mould but the cake was stucked to mould. Can you please tell me what was i have done wrong?
Spray non-stick cooking spray or grease the mould with butter before adding the batter.
Have you ever used a thin pie crust for the covering? I am referring to a cake I saw in a movie called return to oz limestone cake if you could try making a cupcake with pie crust instead of fondant how would you do that?
I have silicone round 8 1/2 inch pans from my smart wear set bought around the time silicone pans were just coming out. I baked a box cake yesterday in them both, and put them on the cookie sheet, but the cake stuck in both of them, they were ruined. This also happened with the box cake mix in the cupcake silicones that are only 2 years old. When removing them the bottom of the silicone cupcake and the round silicone pans they looked dark like burnt almost. What would cause them to stick? Should I stop using Boxed Cake mix and go back to scratch cooking?
What oven setting did you use? May be the HEAT was too high (which is bad for silicone anyway). I always have it on 160' C. Could try to oil silicones slightly & dust with flour... And the most important question: where did you buy your silicone MOULDS? It is well worth to get the most expensive silicons, if any, from a reputable major store.
My cake-mix allways sticks to the silicone molds. what am I doing wrong?
try greasing/spraying your silicone molds first with oil or butter.
These forms don't stick. Even without the spray. www.amazon.com/dp/product/B01KOKMNUU

Lose the music. Everything else is great.
Surprised to see her scoop the batter with her fingers. Please consider wearing gloves for this job. Or use the proper tool. Otherwise, nice video.
ok glad i wasn't the only one who saw that
No, it's called "things get under your finger nails and you need to wear gloves' (Slimmdogg?! LOL)
Or a professional caterer who knows the food industry health laws. She would be shut down for doing that in most US Cities. Are you related to her? Is that why you are unwilling to let her other watches give an honest critique? She had some good ideas. But she should be wearing gloves.
Jane Goodwin I know this is an old comment but I had to say I agree. It's not a huge deal if baking for family I suppose but still made me squirm and it's no more work to use a second spoon or an ice-cream scoop.
