    Trust me I hear you, even though it’s been a while since I was beginner myself, I do remember the awkward feeling of not knowing what to expect and being very confused when I heard the teacher using words I’d never heard of.
    This is why I created Yoga For Absolute Beginners.
    It’s the first of it’s kind that really breaks down the foundations and core teachings in a way that’s easily accessible for beginners.
    Our instructors are extra sensitive to each person’s needs and provide an inclusive environment with modifications and progressions of key poses, for all bodies.
    Just like the practise itself, we will meet you where you're at, without judgement and plenty of loving kindness.
    The course assumes no prior knowledge or experience of yoga.
    And Through the power of consistency and repetition, within just 4 weeks this course takes you from complete newbie to moving confidently through a complete flow of poses synchronised with breath.
    With the extra support of pre recorded video lessons that break down the core teaching points from the course, the graduates from this program are 10x more prepared for the classes on our regular schedule and they report their yoga practise is 10000 times enjoyable!
    Learning foundation movement principals, not just individual poses has allowed our yoga students to progress much faster and deepen their understanding of their body’s movement on the mat.
    I want to share my beginner tips and hacks I’ve learned over the years with YOU, so you can have the best experience possible of yoga.
    This training includes 4 weeks of studio classes, as well as engaging and informative video lessons that unpack the core teachings around technique, pose alignment, breath work and some of the basic yogic philosophy.

    I love how this class had seniors my age 65 in it. I just subscribed after doing your bursitis relief one today.
