    Same with the music. I want to do this but only lasted a couple minutes because the music causing ear pain and neck tightness. I think it would help my pain but it is hurting other things

    How often do you recommend doing this yoga? I have had hamstring tendinopathy for over three years. This is the first thing I have done that made me feel better.

    Thank you for this. The exercises are great, but honestly, I had to put it on mute with close captioning because the music is too difficult to listen to over top of your voice.
