Absolutely love this meditation! Especially the words 'you don't need to follow a thought with more thinking'. It really helps to calm me down and to be more balanced. Thank you!

My insight here is that when I feel fear, that I be aware that my ego tells me that I should not be feeling fear if I am to be brave and courageous, instead of accepting the feeling without fighting it off, but just letting it go fade away into nothingness, let it pass, and to borrow a thought, we do not have to fear the feeling of fear, and like the way we let it fade into nothingness, there is nothing to fear. I really like what I'm saying and I hope you do too! ADB, MD

Again, this meditation leaves me with a sense of gratification that I am learning to accomplish something that I consider to be very important. First things first! Pay attention when you are being judgemental; don't criticize yourself when you are being judgmental; then give a label to what you feel which will help you distance yourself from the feeling; the label helps you detach from any emotional response; and I believe with practice, you can return to a calmer and more balanced condition. Believe me, I am no guru and I can only hope what I say can help! ADB,MD

I did not recall that I did this meditation in the past and reread my comments. I can honestly tell you that I enjoyed it and maybe even more than the other times! Thank you once again!

This time this meditation made me smile with pleasure when near the end of the meditation you encourage us to let the mind do and go where it will with a feeling that is, at least for me, of enjoyment and pleasure. As far as being overly judgmental of people and various situations, it made me think that I first have to be aware in the moments that I am caught up in being judgmental in order to change myself to be non-judgmental. Thanks to you guys and my own efforts that I am learning so much of importance. Your lack of bravado is impressive!

This is so good. I have a really busy mind but instead of fighting the ‘distraction you learn to leave it . Wonderful voice ,really helps my yoga classes with the focus on the breath and also avoids self judgement with this method. I am listening to this as often as I can to self condition avoiding following a thought that can lead to being judgemental and I’m already adopting a more positive approach in my days . Thank you so much 😊😊😊🎉❤

It's our logo. It represents an hour glass, as well as a rotated infinity symbol.

I really enjoy your meditations but this one was word for word as the meditation for ego. Please be sure to make these more focused on the issue that is being discussed. I felt this meditation was not aligned with the topic.

The non judgemental stance is actually having no judgement AT all whatsoever. None. Not less. None. what is the goal of this
