Thanks for this meditation. I'm pregnant and I'm having a lot of physical, mental and psychological complaints because of the hormones, but also the work pressure that's been heavy lately. I've been very harsh on myself and absorbing a lot of negativity. This meditation reminded me of my super positive mindset as a kid/in the back of my head and I have to try not to let society or circumstances take that from myself. Emotions are okay to be felt, but not to take control over your own wellbeing. I wanted to share this, maybe this resonates with someone. I wish all of you the best. 🍀
This meditation came to me because I was looking for a meditation to take pride in oneself! As you might imagine, it was very successful in finding things that I could love about myself! I know a lot of the hard work has been done by myself, for myself, but I want you to know that I could not have done all this without your help! ADB,MD
wow wow, i have been feeling pretty low lately and just imagining that every time i think about myself negatively i’m talking to my younger self, really changed my perspective. i haven’t talked good about myself in awhile and this literally made me cry, thank you soooo much 💛💛
That was marvellous. It wasva breakthrough moment for me. I almost cried so hard in between. Thanks a bunch. Stay blessed. I can't thank enough for this ❤️
I cried! When i was wishing my younger self, i realised how far i have come. How better i have become as a person.I miss my younger self but i am proud of this present self.Thank you for this meditation. 🤍
Here is, an important insight, at least in my opinion, that was made in one of the comments I just read below. Most people during childhood will have suffered some instances of psychological or emotional trauma. EVERYTHING, we experience in our childhood is recorded in our brains! Could be in our consciousness or remain in our sub-conscious. When in our childhood brains we interpret or give meaning to these events we do so either "correctly" or "incorrectly", (a difficult thing to do with our childhood brains). I regret and I am sorry if you think these comments are too technical. I did not intend them to be troublesome. I know you can figure out the rest for yourselves. I really care if you disapprove of these comments. I wish you well.
You’ve been a great friend in dark times. Thank you for being here with me.
