    Sir, your videos are a source of inspiration! I am a kettlebell enthusiast myself, but nowhere near weights you handle. More like 14-18 kg for reps.

    Have been replicating the split stance deadlift with 88 and 97 lb. KBs, but having trouble feeling a muscle target. I assume it should be the front planted leg carrying a lot of that, through the glut?

    On the split stance deadlift are your feet facing the same direction or is your back foot angled out ?

    Those kettle bells are humongous. They bigger than your head
