- today we celebrated my freedom because on this day 37 years ago, i said the words "I Do" which basically ended my life until she said "I Don't". if i was still married, i would not be living at the end if the world in a 10x30 shack down by the tracks in a gated community. now i am retired and enjoying life being single and working on my collectables as a famous 5 star Amazon author plus a RUclips influencer too. i knew cleaning out the transmission and rear end on the Adams 550 road grader known as Gomez was going to be a dirty job but it had to be done. oh well i got it done and the staff was busy too. Sir Rodney sent a video showing his end of the parts we are ordering. please enjoy. thansk
this is a daily updated channel from the Kingdom in Northern Manitoba Canada where every day is a struggle to survive in the new world we now live in. the life style of recycling, re-using, re-purposing plus living with no money is what the Kingdom has been all about for the last 28 years. we have been doing it long before it became a cool lifestyle. thansk

I can't believe you touched that bag! We're not supposed to do that in the new world!
i am a risk taker, lol thansk
I washed it first
The old grader is coming along nicely
yes get it back together while i still can remember thansk
8:51 How much did you pay HER lawyers to be able to keep those trucks with you? 😅
i could have went to law school myself, lol thansk
King🤴, it rained off and on all day here in Louisiana. It still managed to get up to 94F. I'm so sore from working on the Freightliner that I stayed in today. It's great that you have Sir Rodney to take care of you. Gomez is coming along nicely. Talk to you later.
yes work one day and recover the next that is how we do it, big job then small job. the humidity after the rains would be unreal thansk
i do what i can when i can
Good morning from Cape Cod ⛵ Sir Rodney, you go above and beyond, you're a great parts manager and your hair looks perfect 😉👍 plastic bags and dripping contaminated diesel everywhere, you don't want to get that swedish kid pissed, it would be embarrassing to see her smack the crap out of you 😂 you sure are a walking environmental hazard 😁 thanks for another educational and entertaining video 👍✌️🇺🇲🇨🇦
Just doing my best
yes we have to break some rules up here but this is the way the old timers did in front of the shop back when this was a winter freighting yard. that Swedish Kid won't be able to travel if she keeps getting arrested, trust me i know all about it, lol thansk
It takes wisdom to speak the sad truth in such a funny and light way. Speaking of his 20-buck purchase, I'll tell y'all... it's sad when someone doesn't like when you're proactive and smart... it's also difficult to notice the stress and brakes they might impose on you in order to keep you down. And the media helped keeps us, men mostly, tamed and unable to notice, let alone react. This channel is such a precious jem. Thank you, Joey KoO! God bless you sir.
yes i was lucky that the marriage did not last and i got my life back. thansk
Hats off to Sir Rodney, It's priceless to have a parts guy who cares to go the distance and get the parts. It seems the older we get more parts guys retire and it's the end of the line for finding parts that fit. I used to get seals and bearings at a Napa near me, but the owner retired and they sold all the inventory to different places. Now I can't even find out who got what, so it's kind of over. On that parking brake, drum, shoes and wheel cylinder. I wonder if that brake fulfilled the need to stop the pto or the axle when shifting into Forward Reverse or in and out of transfer. You can't shift unless everything stops, then they probably threw in the guts to make it double as a parking brake. Old School Smarts from back in the day. You might be able to find link bars and springs from a car salvage yard off a vehicle w/ a drum brake about the same size. Any way, making progress. Fine Business, Mr. King of Obsolete. ben/ michigan
Sir Rodney has the clutch brake to reline, it is needed to stop everything from turning to get in to gear. the park brake with the wheel cycling was most likely used to get the maximum amount of braking power on paper. but we all know that anything built before 1970s did not have much braking power. thansk
Going to be cool seeing grader running, what a accomplishment that will be, learning video for me
thank you, slowly coming together,,,, in theory, lol thansk
I never knew who you were talking about when you mentioned the Swedish kid, until now 👍
yes we can't really say her name or she will want money for using her name or send me a lawyer letter for using her name, lol thansk
Don't touch ur bag Joey lol 😊

He touched mine I gave it to him
😎
Excellent sir Rodney hair is perfect hkis old stuff is a challenge u got it cheers 🥂 😊
Awwww ty lol
yes, he had a good hair day, lol thansk
You are absolutely right about the paper straw at A&W. Me living in ND and going to Sask often I always bring a plastic straw so I can enjoy my root beer. I have to say Sir Rodney has to be the best parts man I’ve seen. I’m jealous he’s not at the truck shops or implements I use.
Wow I appreciate that
yes and how many year yaer they still have paper straws and nobody uses them, unreal how bad the new world has become already. thansk
You dont need a park brake you have a blade !!! lmao
yes but the motor has to be running for the blade to go down, lol thansk
Morning from Gagetown, the transmission is coming back to life real quick, nice job, looking forward to hearing that engine fire up. I don’t think I’ve ever heard one . Have a great day everyone
thank you, the UD-16 will have a different sound then the TD-18 being slightly smaller. thansk
THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO
your welcome thansk
Block hole with freeze plug
now that is a good idea thansk
Hey I mow cheers king lol 😊
excellent thansk
OH Joey. You wacked it out. I just transported back to 1975. Ok. I digress.
excellent, happier times back then too thansk
Thanks for another great video. 👍👍
thank you, sharing knowledge on how to do it or how not to do it, lol thansk
Stayin tuned! 👍🤠
me too thansk
By "e-load down-file" you mean "pdf file downloaded as an ebook"? 😁
yes, i screw up the english language pretty good but i get it done, lol thansk
I can't touch or feel that "plastic" bag, but here in Onscario, they have moved ahead with allowing a certain grade of single-use plastic items that are made with the right kind of materials. What, exactly, the "right kind of materials" is, I don't exactly know, but it ends up being a more environmentally friendly plastic straw, fork, knife, spoon, and they are distributing plastic bags once again. The plastic bags have a distinctly different feel to what we remember from 10 years ago. They don't make the crinkly sound of your typical plastic bag. I have a few around, but have not really tested the hell out of them to see what kind of torture they can hold up to. Right now, all I know about them is that they are cheaper than paper bags, and that is why some businesses have resorted to using them.
As for blocking off that hole (at 20:02), what about a rubber plug that you would find on a truck wheel oil bath-type hub cap? I don't know how much pressure will build behind that cover, but a rubber plug seems like the way to go, if no pressure will build.
yes unreal how bad the new world has become just like on here with typing lots and having interaction. then the comment is not posted and disappears never to be seen again. thansk
7th catching up 😊
close thansk
Mint yalllll
thansk
So much better then the microfiche days. Lol.
yes you could not see anything but it was new state of the art way of doing things thansk
Sorry guys, but plastic straws are new world, when I was a kid, there were only paper straws and glass straws. I remember A&W from 1970, when I was in the service. Seems like the root beer was tastier then. I don’t remember the straws. I do remember the cardboard cups, which were cones. Big on the bottom, and a small hole at the top. Much handier for in a vehicle. And the A&W’s had car service. They brought your order out to you. Anyway, the difference between paper and plastic straws sounds like a Princess and the pea story to me. The wide spread use of plastic straws also probably makes all that oil going in the motor grader more expensive. Take care.
yes i think you are correct with no straws back in the day at A&W. plus the food and root beer had better taste too thansk
KoO the 1st time I said those nasty words was 44 years ago. Been spitting soap ever since. 😮😮😊
hopefully it is irish spring or dove soap, lol thansk
🇺🇸🇺🇸👍👍
thansk
Sir Rodney is THE plastic bag gangsta!
