    The only thing I don't like about following you guys is that I keep developing issues I need your help with! 😉 Yet, as I'll be 74 within the next month, I'm in better shape than most people my age despite the fact that I've had autoimmune issues since I was 14. Thank you for all the times you have helped me & everyone!! ☮️💞🙏

    I love these guys. They are the SEXIEST workout/stretch guys on here. Everyone else is all young, overly-fit, and obviously showing off their bodies, but Bob and Brad are very genuine and their little banter is so adorable. Nothing sexier than men of age just being themselves and doing what they love.

    Sirs I have been your ardent follower and your exercises have helped my exercise-induced RSI ( and probably impingement) tremendously. I had a query and would be grateful to have your guidance. I have been doing the following exercises 5 days a week with 2 rest days- 3 sets with 10-12 repetitions each:
    With water bottles:
    -Lying down internal and external rotations
    -Int and Ext rotations against the wall (vertically in a standing position)
    -Front and lateral raises
    -Pendulum
    With Booyah Stick:
    Extension, Abduction, Extension, Chicken Wings, Int and Ext Rotation.
    Isometrics:
    Int and Ext rotation against a wall, isometrics for chest and biceps by pressing palms together.
    An occupational therapist recommends I do all of these twice a day as just 2 sets of each exercise of 10 repetitions but I feel the would amount to just too many exercises per day. Could I instead do the water bottle + isometrics and Booyah sticks exercises as 1 session each on alternate days? Thanks again and wishing Mr.Bob a speedy recovery.

    Known of these guys for years, I need their help, I will very gladly pay over. & over. I dislike travel to the clinics.
    I very much dislike waiting rooms. I am a person who must wear a mask or face because of lie threatening consequences.
    I love my small yard & great garden. I also have all my toys here, no need to go anywhere else, except for food
    or a doctor's visit. I suggest any one who uses their information, pay them a fraction of its value. I worked in a
    ICU for infants in the Stone Age (36 years ago) so I still know good medical advice. thank you guys emb

    I found you two over two years ago and I have scoliosis and have shrank almost two inches. Fast fwd to five weeks ago, Facebk sent me, What happens when she lays on the floor with feet up a wall. I jumped on that and I learned about earthing a year ago so I knew outside would be best to do this. I knew the day when my curve healed. I now have my height from 5'2" to 5'3.5" and I am working on free range of motion in my shoulders. I got really close one day (9/14/22) and was so excited. But then I missed a treatment the next day and lost some. I didn't have it long enough to just lay and be right back. So we are just talking in this week now. I am at the mercy of the weather as fall is approaching and weather is too cool in the morning when I would get my first of two treatments in during warmer weeks. I am starting to use my back stretchers, Teeter and my peanut. I never had "results," in all my efforts throughout my life, like I am having since knowing about earthing. As I am typing this, my back is strong and straight. I also have a Rumblex for two of these weeks. So I am here today to see if you have suggestions I have not thought of yet. I never thought to use a bar.

    I'm having pain from my right arm up to my shoulder. I could not fasten my bra. But I can raise my arm and also can carry a gallon of milk. Not sure if these stretches could help. I'll try tonight. As a backgrounder, I had my lymph node taken when I had my lumpectomy a year ago. I've been taking Letrozole since my surgery. Also I have osteoporosis for more than 5 years now. Not sure if these are interconnected and causing the pain, although bearable.

    Have y’all ever used the hammer and chisel technique? If so, what are your thoughts on it? I’m a massage therapist and have seen a few chiropractors using this technique and I’ve used the Tok Sen technique which is similar with good results.

    Do you guys respond to comments? I've been commenting and commenting on my back problems for awhile but no feedback but I finally had to go to the emergency room...found out I have spinal stenosis in cervical, thoracic and lumbar....the neurosurgeon at the hospital went straight to surgery...I didn't like that...could i see a chiropractor or do some decompression therapy first?

    What do they mean by “traction”? Does that mean to flex it or use the muscles to hold it in place?

    • @davebeecher6579
      @davebeecher6579 3 года назад

      Traction as opposed to sliding/slipping,,, getting a bite, sticking in place

    • @johnstanton8499
      @johnstanton8499 3 года назад

      Yes traction has two meanings , medically- pulling or stretching, non medically -gripping such as a tyre on a road
