Wow! This is just what I’ve been looking for. I am age 74, female, very active. I follow a monthly workout calendar programmed for women 50, 60, 70+ that includes dumbbells, AMRAP, Met Con, EMOM, stretching, yoga, upper and lower body strength, led by a trainer who is in her fifties. Her daily videos include Osteoporosis-friendly options. My point here is that what I found today in your video complements her workouts. I want to maintain and improve my shoulder strength and flexibility, and I can do that with your shoulder exercises, and with other videos of yours that will help to keep me functionally fit into my 80’s. Thanks for all you do on your channel!❤

Thank you so much for introducing me to these exercises. It brings so much relief. You are right though, you need to be consistent and do them at least twice a day. I really notice the difference if I slack off for a day or two, But I just right back at it!
Doing these easy to follow quick shoulder exercises really makes a a big difference in how comfortable I feel. Thanks for sharing them and wish everyone a grateful day.
Thank you so much. After arthritis that had been diagnosed and I was told was progressive. It hit me like a Mac truck. Only your exercises after taking master relaxers seem to do the trick.

I did this workout yesterday for the first time, and felt like I already had more mobility in my shoulder. A question I have is: for most (all?) of the exercises, should we be also trying to keep the shoulder blades back and down and squeeze together if possible? Thank you so much for this very helpful video.
Hi Michelle You certainly do us all proud for the pain relieving exercises for the shoulders.Keep up the great work. You are doing a great service for us arthritis sufferers. God Bless you abundantly. Hershal
I have arthritis in my hands (I'm a seamstress and a miniaturist) because of my hobbies. I am happy to have more specific exercises. One thing I do almost every day is raise my arms over my head. I have friends who can't do that and once, neither could I. But I started doing this and I can now do it without discomfort -- my friends haven't grasped that concept yet. Question: After these exercises that are new to my body, I sometimes ache--normal? Love these videos.
So this will help in the long run because I just noticed I was having problems with my right shoulder. I dislocated my left shoulder twice, but that one’s not acting up. It’s my right and so I’m going to the bathroom clicks and now I’m afraid that it’s gonna get dislocated. 😢

My handbones that have gone down will come back up without surgery.
External rotation is hardest for me, everything else no problems. Are there additional routines to regain flexiibilty/strength in this area?
Thank you
I made it to lifting the arms extensions now I'm starting to hurt so I stopped
Can these exercises help with supraspinatus tear? PLEASE reply Thanks
Is that what that is I was thinking it was from the weight on each arm and walking half a mile round trip huh ok thank you
I can barely lift my left arm to the shoulder level. The pain in the shoulder is excruciating but I am trying with the exercise.
So this will help in the long run because I just noticed I was having problems with my right shoulder. I dislocated my left shoulder twice, but that one’s not acting up. It’s my right and so I’m going to the bathroom clicks and now I’m afraid that it’s gonna get dislocated. 😢
