@@m0ch1_6 nah if they really made a cpu, it would probably hang around the 3700x mark, 8c 16t 3.8ghz, probably something like 14nm since it takes a while to develop smaller gaps.

As someone who has the z390 one for intel they’re all aesthetics first and foremost, I’m hoping the mobo cover is the same so I can use my fallout limited edition cover with it and finally upgrade to ryzen and ditch intel
That NZXT BIOS looks very similar to the BIOS on most ASRock boards.
Asrock is actually the OEM manufacturer that makes this for NZXT.

I just bought a b550 board yesterday. It was a gigabyte auras pro ac. I paid 152 usd as I bought it used from amazon warehouse. It was described as like new and I got it today. It literally was brand new, not even the box had a dent, the mobo was still sealed in the anti static bag, and all the accessories were sealed in their original packaging. If you are looking for a great board, and want to save some money and live in the US check it out on Amazon they have a couple more in like new condition. 12 +2 phase vrm with finned heat sinks. Dope af

@@siqu7071 Totally... yet their new CPUs perform basically like last gen while AMD keeps on stretching IPC gains by around 20% everytime they release a new gen of CPUs. Intel is gonna be dead when Zen4 comes out on 5nm. Intel at this point has no choice but jump to 10nm. They can't push 14nm+++++++++++++++++++++ any further.
NZXT use Asrock as their OEM for motherboards, so what you're getting here is an Asrock board + plastic shrouds for $50 more

The screw hole reminds me of the ‘pit of doom’ between the center console and car seat. Once something is lost down there it’s gone for good.

I mean the reason the Asrock is the only other board with the same power button is because the OEM for the NZXT mobos are Asrock, so this is essentially the same motherboard but with better (or at least different) aesthetics. That said, the markup is only $10 this time (!) so totally seems worth it IMO.

Nzxt themed build in a Corsair case. This would have looked dope in a h710
David, a trick that I’ve done for situations where I can’t use my preferred screwdrivers is to put a neodymium magnet on the shaft to give them a bit of magnetism (or you can use a tool magnetizer). Anyway, I use recovered magnets from dead/ decommed HDDs for that first trick.

They are AsRock boards.
The Asrock board has a power button as well because this mobo is made by Asrock.
Wait, these are rebranded Asrock boards?
@@VaskoG384 yea. Nzxt has a tweaked bios and the shielding. Also the RGB controller. Other than that it is a rebranded Asrock board.

Very nice. I always wanted to do an all-white AM4 build, but most motherboards are pretty ugly. This will fit the bill. Hopefully they update PC Building Simulator with this board so I can try out different cases and combinations :)
Someone in the aftermarket should make aluminum replacements for the shields. A metal stamping tool and some white powedercoat would suddenly make those your friend.
NZXT just designed some white plastic panels to go on top. The motherboard design is by Asrock and based on the Asrock Steel Legend. You pay around 70 euros extra for the NZXT sauce (IE the white panels and a slightly different backplate configuration + some buttons instead of a post code display).
It is a nice motherboard, I was going to buy the Z490 for my new build,
But a ton of reviews said it was DOA, or failed in a few weeks lol

I would just wait and save money but keep an eye out for good deals on both the new and used markets

Those mounting holes on the motherboard should at least have some interior walls so that screws don't get lost in the abyss.
the part about the screw falling between the motherboard and the motherboard is kinda stupid since they come with a special longer screw so that cant happen, i do have an older nzxt motherboard so i dont know if they changed it but i dont think they did.

What airflow case is that? I built my first PC about 6 months ago using the NZXT H510 and while it's an easy case to built in, the small peepee airflow bothers me. I don't play super-demanding games most of the time, but if I ever wanted to, I feel like the lack of airflow would bake my components.

I wonder how this board compares in memory overclocking? It seems to be placed mostly to compete with the Strix F and Aorus Pro VRM-wise, and the Aorus Pro is an absurdly good memory overclocker.

this motherboard with the NA-HC4 white from Chromax is the way to go
you seem blissfully unaware mate, but asrock makes nzxt motherboards, and this one is basically a reskin of the extreme 4. Edit: hence why they are the only boards that seem to feature power & reset buttons at this price point

its not even true. Yeah, some stuff did catch fire like their Pcie riser. But there have been thousands of people using NZXT Products and are fine. Nzxt h510 doesnt have the best airflow, but people still get pretty good temps

The Clean look is nice....but power buttons!!! I hate my stupid gigabyte x470 because it has a freakin jumper pin for the bios reset , Jumper! feels like a 2400 baud modem.
