I have the same issue. I have the nozzle set to 90 degrees but it always to goes to 270. I'll be reviewing the instructions below hopefully I can get it corrected.
I have K-Rain Pros. When I try to adjust the left start the riser doesn’t seem to turn freely. If I really crank it it will turn but it doesn’t seem right. Almost like I’m turning the whole sprinkler and not just adjusting it. Am I missing something?
@@maccongtu First check to make sure the breakup screw is not causing the 2 streams. It may have been screwed too far. To remove and clean/install the nozzle you will need a pair of needle nose pliers and either a K-key or small flat blade screwdriver. 1. Insert the K-key in the pull up slot on top the head. In relation to the arrow above the nozzle being located at the 3 o’clock position. Once inserted into the pull up slot twist the key ¼ turn to prevent it from pulling out of the slot then pull upwards. Hold the lower part of the riser and squeeze to prevent it from retracting back into the body. 2. Use the end of the K-key and loosen the nozzle retention screw located in the center of the nozzle arrow, if your head has a rubber cover push the key through the hole in the center of the arrow. Turn the screw counterclockwise until it is no longer in front of the nozzle, it is not necessary to completely remove the screw. 3. Remove the old/dirty nozzle, use a pair of needle nose pliers to grab one of the tabs that go on either side of the nozzle retention screw if the nozzle is RED. A K-key can also be used to remove the nozzle by inserting the end of the key into the small rectangular slot at the top or side of RED nozzles then pushing the key to one side and pulling out. Clean Nozzle. 4. Install the clean/new nozzle by pushing it into the socket. 5. Turn the nozzle retention screw clockwise until it is in front of the nozzle. The K1 has a Fixed Left Start and Adjustable Right Start, this means that to change where the head starts on the Left side, the bottom section of the pop-up riser has to be turned. The right side of rotation is fully adjustable with the Arc Adjustment located on top of the K1. Some other brands of rotor heads have a Fixed Right Start position and K1 can be used to replace these brands as well.
If the K1 does not reverse direction once it reaches the left or right stop it is broken or defective, replacing the head is the only remedy. The K1 has a two year warranty, if still under warranty contact: customerservice@krain.com
If the head does not respond to changing the arc adjustment, this would indicate something is broken internally inside the head. K-1 has a 2-year warranty, replacing the head is the only remedy.
@@Krain I have the exact same issue. No matter what I set it on, it always only goes to the 270 degree position. I purchased this last year at Home Depot and they said I can't return it without a receipt, which i no longer have. Can I send it back to you for either repair or replacement? Thank you

What direction do you reduce the distance of the spray (from the screw)? Clockwise or counter?
clockwise
Clockwise looking at it from above or below?

email techsupport@krain.com and we can help you.
How do you make it go 360deg?
This is very confusing and it doesn’t seem to work.
Insert K-Key or flat blade screwdriver into Arc Set Adjustment slot. Turn clockwise to increase the arc or counter-clockwise to decrease the arc.
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Can you set it to not rotate? I just want it to spray straight for a particular area in my yard.
You can set it to the lowest at 40º, it will rotate a little but can't set it to not rotate.
@@Krain Thank you. I am hunting for one of your products that works the same but can be set to No rotation. If you have one please share.

What do you do if it stops rotating? Rotates to one side, then doesn't come back. Is there a way to clean them out?

Same. No rotation at all. As if digging this junk up isn't bad enough, no competition and no function.
