This was a relaxing episode. The casual country-side environment, the family setting, the uncomplicated dishes, all of that together made it very pleasant, very enjoyable to watch. Hope you do more. It reminds me of reality tv. - Why not have a reality tv channel around your family, with lots of meal time footage! :) I'd be the first to watch. Someone by the name of Heghineh does that on RUclips and it's a big hit.
Thank you so much for sharing your week at your grandparents home in the south of France. They are living my dream....south of France, gardens, natural living. Love it! I am inspired to make some of the simple and healthy meals you ate there. I think these videos are my favorite of yours! Please share more if you can! :)
How wonderful to see the fresh vegetables and salads. They looked delicious. You are blessed to be able to cook with your grandmother. Cherish those memories. Thank you for sharing.
I really Love that you cook with your Grandma. I did that all the time growing up. Spend as much time with your Grandparents as you can. Mine are all gone, and I miss them so much. This video brings back so many wonderful memories for me.😊💝
This was the sweetest video!!! What I was inspired by was how the food was just a part of the nourishment- there was also the fresh air, the beauty of the surroundings, the wonderful connections with the people and conversations, and the relaxing amount of time to eat- all of this combined makes it so much more understandable how the food is just one part of the overall picture. 💞 *a little guide to all those yummy recipes would be great! Perhaps a cookbook soon? 😃
What a wonderful video. Thank you for sharing your family life with us. I loved hearing your grandmother speak French. She did an excellent job explaining her cooking and ingredients. Would love to see more like this. So far, you've been the number 1 influence on my family meals! Wish we could taste those special desserts!
That tomato and Mozzarella salad looked so good! My sister makes a Caprese salad, which is somewhat similar. I'm curious; what type of herb was sprinkled across the top? Your videos are so enjoyable!
It was so lovely to watch. Thank you for making this video ❤ Could you please share the recipe of the simple green salad you always seem to eat when you are at your grandmas and also where is the pan from which your grandma used for cooking rice, onions and pepper. It looked delicious!! Thanks again....
I enjoyed your video with your meals, grandparents, and family in the South of France. Whenever you, or someone cooks, I always find myself wanting the recipe because it gives me new ideas of cooking and nutrition. Thanks again. Bonne journée.
Thank you for sharing. I’m amazed at the variety of vegetables and pulses in your meals and salads. That millefeuille looked delicious 😋 and so did the bread at breakfast!
Hello from California! I’m a mama of 5 kids. I loved this video. Thank you so much! I’ve actually started watching these kinds of videos because I’m trying to gain some weight and it’s been hard for me to do it. But through exercise and watching videos like these it helps boost my appetite and gives me inspiration for what to cook for myself and my family. My kids know I’ve been trying to cook “like the French”- I even tell them we’re going to take longer to eat. 😂 We’ve always sat down together to eat, but my kids always want to rush and eat so they can go play or whatever. But lately I’ve been having them take their time and it’s been fun to spend time at the table that way. Anyway- thanks so much ❤️
Thank you for an enjoyable video. Can you please post a follow-up video with some of the recipes, such as the dessert with the coconut milk and two eggs, the tomato and mozzarella salad, and the couscous salad?
Absolutely love this video. Just being out of the city in nature/countryside really set the cool down to earth genuine French family vibe in the south of France. One of my favorites of your so far. Would love to see this kind of content again in the future. Thanks so much for sharing what its like to be French without the make-believe frills.
The food all looks soooo good 😍 I absolutely love condensed milk, I always end up eating it from the tin too! I make a Scottish sweet called tablet with it, made from butter, condensed milk and sugar. Super rich and super good!
Fabulous!! Is your whole family vegan? Such a lovely video! Love to see the different ingredients you put together for dishes! Yes inspiration for meal ideas need that! Merci💜🌸 from California
While watching this cooking video, I couldn't help but think about how awesome AI is getting in the kitchen too. You know, AI chef robots are just around the corner and will soon be cooking up delicious meals for us on command. Imagine this: you just type or say, hey AI chef, make us ratatouille and a little while later, the robot responds, your food is ready then you send another command, now please make some crème brûlée, and it smiles and heads back to the kitchen to whip up more deliciousness. How cool is that? As an AI systems developer, I am excited that life is about to change like never before and we will see amazing things happening.
I think your grandma needs another granddaughter. I'll pack my bag! Yummy food! Are they farmers? That house is amazing💗

Beautiful scenery! This place looks so peaceful. Food and wine had me salivating. But I don't think I could have breakfast without jam on my bread!

Mille feuille can be translated just like it sounds- a thousand layers (leaves). It looked like a beautiful one!

I like your video content but you sing your words. The California upspeak is difficult to listen to.
If I eat like that , I will be 200 kg
