It's always interesting to see how the south of France is almost like a completely different country. I love how it's part of that Mediterranean area. Thank you for sharing so many details. It was wonderful to see the contrast between the south of France and Paris again. I always learn new things. I love how you even tell us which ingredients are used in the meals. Thank you so much for sharing your trip. ❤️
So glad you enjoyed the video and thanks for your kind comment!!💜

I don't know what's better between your taste in food or music.👍
Aww thank you!

South of France is on my bucket list! I love that you can eat pretty much anything, but it's in balance and moderation. In America, we have chemicals in the food, we haven't learned portion control or balance, and worst of all, we don't get as much movement in throughout the day. We drive everywhere. Your course has been an eye opener for me, and so valuable!
Yes you definitely need to come! I agree, the approach is better here, and so glad ou enjoyed my course Jerry thank you!!
That’s my biggest pet peeve about the US and also the UK which is where I live now - all the chemicals in the food. You can’t find any bread that’s not made with fortified flour here and any bread you buy in supermarkets, no matter how high-end, has lots of additives in it. I have no probs eating bread in Europe but in UK and US, it is a no go unless you buy what is purely imported.
I remember when I first arrived in NY and took my first vacation to Florida as a young student. I have never seen obesity like the one I saw on that beach in Florida. I myself gained five kilos in six months purely from all the portion sizes and the all you can eat buffet - you just totally loose sight of when to stop
@MiaK06 I'm not surprised! I just took a Rhine River Cruise a day felt great the whole time I was in Europe. As soon as I got back to the US, I felt bloated after everything I ate. Now I try to just get organic sprouted bread or the European bread. I think even the store baked breads are probably made with US wheat that has all that glyphosate in it.
I love the beautiful South of France❣️And the mostly healthy way that French people eat❣️And remember that modesty is classy and chic❣️🥰💕💕💕
Exactly.
Your meals always look so good in the South of France! I would love to see a video of how young french people make meals for one or two! In the states, our produce would go bad too quickly to make multi course meals like this for just one or two people. Would love to learn some tricks!
Thank you!! And you can watch my what I eat in a day videos, I always make meals for 1 or 2 ☺
Nicely done, thank you for sharing that great visit to Provence!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Lucy is lifeeee
💜
Your face looks so beautiful! What is your skin care routine?! So beautiful
Such a good video on a summer French lifestyle. Thank you for sharing your family time and meals Lucie!
So glad you enjoyed it!
fantastic Video! Thank you so much for sharing this. Also, you look so beautiful!
Have you ever tried boursin cheese melted over potatoes? The shallot flavored boursin is my favorite over potatoes. I think it would be a perfect side dish at a family meal😊
Yeees I actually have and I love it!
I adore your videos
The potatoes your grandmother made at the beginning looked so good! Great video!
I love them SO much!! Thanks!
Great video. All the food looked so good. There is nothing like fresh veggies. What spices were in the jar that your grandmother was using? I am sure you had an enjoyable time. Is your dad in the video? Thanks for sharing.😊
They were ground flaxseeds! And yes he is, you can see him a little around 9:43 next to my mom ☺
I love the south of France, it is my favourite place for a holiday. What is this song at 7:33? I like it a lot.
So glad you love it!! And the song is tell me where to go by Indie Anthony
j'adore la ville d'Albi
Moi aussi!
How do you eat the plain pasta if you're still hungry? Do anything particular?
What is the song playing at 8 minutes in? Thank you!
Beautiful video!!! What nationality is your Dad??
He's French! My entire family is.
Gorgeous
Damn this women gorgeous
The French mindset when it comes to food is the single healthiest
Compare that to the US and it is no surprise that Americans are so fat
And this is not meant to be disparaging / I love the US and lived in NY for many years but the approach to food in the US is cringeworthy
Whether it’s the over processed foods, the huge portion sizes, the labelling of food just as ‘proteins carbs and fats’ etc etc - the list goes on
I agree, love the US for so many things but their approach to food is not ideal
