2. DB stiff leg deadlift + DB Split squat.
3sets - 10reps (regular) 8reps(TUT) 8(Drop)
3. Leg Extension + Laying Leg Curl.
3sets - 10reps (regular) 8reps(TUT) 8(Drop)
4. Donkey calf raise + seated calf raise.
3sets - 10reps (regular) 8reps(TUT) 8(Drop)

Sir We are following your Workout style. It’s so Amazing…One Question is in a day if we are taking 3-4 meals and if in one Meal we are taking 50-60 gram protein intake. Is it good because many gym trainers said more then 40 gram protein is it not good. Please reply sir.

guru. mann, very nice and lovable guy, but as usual he is using such outdated information in body building....try this workout and you will stay where you are, only thing you will get is calorie burn...some people with good body building genes will make muscle, but they will make muscle even without rambo program

@ everyone’s gym are not same to be free all the time. Too many exercises and supersets, you just need few compound and isolation movements to build body
