I figured they were just identical to bb ones just...not pitched down a tone. I guess i assumed itd be like a violin and viola, where you could even write the viola as a transposing instrument so it would be identical fingerings and stuff if you wanted. But its otherwise identical. I even have a 15 inch "violin" cause I have big hands but lots of arthritis lol. So i bought a viola size e string and play that as a violin completely fine. Its very slightly richer/louder, but no more so than the difference between a 3/4 and full size violin. I still dont know why people wouldn't just learn a C horn or trumpet or clarinet or whatever anyway, I mean I could tune my violin down a pitch and write it as a Bb instrument but like...why lol
From :15 to :20 you can tell the strings are not paying attention and the orchestra starts to come apart. Then they smugly slouch back together, bearing grudges.
Unless you watch the movie with queens soundtrack, iirc. Anyway, Flash was ALWAYS supported by the greats in music, no matter the style or age they came from/played. Magnificent.
next time please not cut off the ovations what liszt and the orchestra have surly earned for this masterpiece. btw. you find old karajan recordings here in yt . but tell me why i have the feeling that the orchestra seems rushed at some times but the conductor looks disinterested - but, its maybe me.

this is NOT complete. The music becomes audible several bars after the start of the piece. It should be closer to 16 minutes long, not. only 3 minutes.
