I keep my phone on do not disturb and love it. You can add specific contacts (kids, parents, spouses) to your favorites and that allows only those calls or text messages to go through. So when you do get a notification, you know it's from a VIP in your life.

It’s not the salt particularly(mineral salt is best, just refined salt will throw off mineral balance) the state of metabolism- insulin resistance will have you retaining too much sodium causing issues, it’s not the salt- a healthy body will take what it needs and excrete the rest, low sodium can even cause insulin resistance- I recommend mineral salt like Baja Gold & also eating less processed and refined carbohydrates (even whole grains) - it’s a ploy. More protein & fat- autumn is a great source of info for that

There are some days where I feel like the 8 ounce steak wasn't enough and I crave more meat, but feel like I am overeating if I grab a burger patty or a chicken thigh, others= days where a chicken breast and some salad is perfect. If that gets me to satiety eating that way is that acceptable. I mostly consume animal source protein with a few veggies here and there. Another thing I like to eat and drink my breakfast so if I consume a smoothie then eat a few egggs and bacon I feel like I am having too much but I don't feel stuffed just satisfied. I am very active walking, zumba, and weights before breakfast.

I ordered the LMNT and I really like it for a couple of reasons first, it's not overly sweet, second, it melts completely in the water. I was using another brand before I tried LMNT but the biggest problems were that the other brand was grossly sweet and it did NOT melt very well in the water and worst of all, the crystals would STICK to the ice cubes, it was horrible!! LMNT does NOT stick to the ice cubes!
