My Japanese is not very good, but I believe the two friends that accompanied Sui-chan were Nishizono Chigusa and Inui Toko, both from Nijisanji. Chigusa-chan said on Twitter that she was the one who went "that's pretty cheap!" Lol. She also said that even tho they were all shocked at the price, she thought Sui-chan looked really good in it.
Edit: Last tidbit, Chigusa-chan also really liked when Toko-chan, who was behind them, exclaimed "Eh, really, you guys are going to Burberry?!"

The most expensive clothing I've ever bought for myself is my favorite jacket, which is around 200-290 USD, anything higher than 300 is an instant no-go for me. So whenever I see or hear someone buying a branded clothing for 1000 and above when clothes less than 100 or maybe a bit more can literally do the same job, I just go, "why?"
