Love your blogs. Your spirit is contagious and its really cool learning about another’s persons career. I fly fairly often and truly appreciate what flight attendants go through and always say “hello” and “have a great day”.
You should be proud of your accomplishments, your relationship with Eric and your positivity. You are well-rounded and represent what a strong, independent woman should encompass. 👏🏻
A tip for dealing with seasonal allergies that helped me: try LOCAL wildflower honey! Just eat a teaspoon a day, and after a couple of weeks you won't sneeze as much.

Julia, I like that you brought up about social media and how people think because you don't post about Eric (sorry if I misspelled his name) that you aren't happy. I actually have a person I used to work with that privately FB messaged me about 3-4 months ago and she said, "I don't ever see you say anything about your husband or you don't put up any pictures of him, is everything okay?" This girl and I hardly ever talk, but when she brought that up, I was beside myself. She's constantly posting things about her family, her kids and husband and that's fine, that's just not me. My husband is a very private person in general and never liked social media and prefers not to be in pictures or mentioned. I have tried respecting that over the years. Nothing wrong with that. I also just LOVE miss Luna! 😍

Thank you for this interesting and candid video of answering a number of important questions. One thing that has struck us in the past is when travelling by yourself is to please be careful as some countries can be potentially dangerous. For some reason, Canadians have run into trouble in places like Mexico. A few have even been murdered. As a couple we are do not travel to some countries for this reason.

Julia, I first started watching flight attendant vlogs because of Covid. I was currently out due to an OJI on my back and I kept watching the news about how all the food vendors in the airports were closed. I knew I was going to come back to the line but didn't have a clue about how to prepare meals in advance so that's when I found you. I loved this video, You have such a refreshing outlook on life, and your outgoing personality is out of this world. I wish that we both flew for the same airline. I can just imagine how much fun it would be to be with you on a cart and have a blast enjoying the company of our passengers and crew. I'm not a social media person and admire what you have accomplished with your RUclips channel. I was scrolling down the list of vlogs and saw you were in LHR 6 months ago, well you posted that vlog 6 months ago. We happen to stay at the same hotel. I was talking to a DFW crew asking questions about where did you come in from, and what aircraft did you bring in. I love knowing how, what, why, and when anything about other airlines. My layover was in early Feb it would have been a blast to meet you and possibly venture out and see London with you. Thank you for all of your positivity, kind spirit, and vlogs. Who knows maybe someday we might bump into each other in another country. Always the very best to you, Eric and Miss Luna.

Yeah I had a girlfriend that started to be a flight attendant. Shortly after about a year into working decided to hook up with this rich guy that would fly all the time that lives in aisle Biscayne in Florida. It does happen quite often

#1 allergies ....look into bee pollen...
I buy it at Sprouts...your body can build up a tolerance to the local pollens....but always read any warnings ...but I've found it works wonders...
#2 I could not sleep if my kitchen was not completely clean!! I clean as I go ..so when my meal is on the table....it's already almost done ...

I am dealing with a bone bruise right now in my left arm I fell last Sunday night here at Hardee’s on a wet floor it was February 26,2023 and I also have arthritis I have been at my job for 26 years and it definitely has it ups and downs

As far as the allergies go, I had similar issues. Allergy shots have helped a lot! I'm allergic to both cats and dogs and I now have 3 cats.

Airpurifiers are good for allergies. I have two.
Being allergic to cat dander. I saw a study about plane seats and if I remember correctly cat dander was the number one thing found in the seats.

I think I can relate to the assumptions/stereotypes.
I'm a truck driver, and people think I:
•Listen to country music (it's real jazz for me).
•Have missing teeth (I have a full set of 24, which is why the news media won't interview me on camera).
•drink lots of coffee (no, I don't drink caffeine products).
•Use meth, pills, etc (we get drug tested, so no way, no how).
•Uneducated (you can be the judge of that).
•Have back problems (it's my feet).
•Wear western boots (no, just no).
•From the deep south, and they wonder why I don't use that dialect.
•Expect us to say "good buddy", and address us as that.🤣
And many others.
Question for you. You mentioned in a previous video that FAs don’t exactly make bank just starting out. How did you make ends meet when you first got a job as an FA?
I lived in a house with like 10 other roommates, my rent was under $500 a month doing that. I ate pb&s and ramen 😭 didn’t get my hair done for over a year or two, didn’t go shopping for a year or two also. Pretty much cut out ALL unnecessary expenses and tried to keep my spending to the absolute minimum! It also helps a LOT that I do not have student loan/credit card debt.

Thank you for this video, when I travel, I'm grateful for the assistance of the flight attendants. I don't think enough passengers realize how many people are on board a flight when they complain. I was on a flight between Atlanta and Austin when I started having difficulty breathing, a flight attendant responded with an oxygen bottle, had me remove my mask and kept me on oxygen until we arrived in Austin. I made sure the airline was made aware of the flight crew going above and beyond in this instance.

I'll be honest I follow a few other flight crew members online and I'm shocked at what they post RE their personal life and shocked they still have a job. I know my company monitors all my social media constantly, does that not happen at the Airlines?

Hey Julia! I was wondering if you have to live near your airlines base? Can you just live near any airport as a flight attendant and work from there? Or does your airline say you need to move to a base?
She's answered this so many times, including here, it surprises me that so many seem to not be paying attention. You go/ move to wherever they tell you to go, and work from the base where they've placed you.

While I don't often watch your channel, I do find it interesting, and I find you refreshing. I'm not a fan of flying, having flown only once - in a 28-year-old Dakota, courtesy of the old SA Air Force. As we flew at between three and four thousand meteres, I could actually see the countryside.
Ms. Ross, I too have violent seasonal allergies and I learned about my mild to moderate dog allergies myself last October via intradermal testing for allergies. I am currently on immunotherapy injections for my allergies, Ms. Ross.
Being in great shape and health with a philosophic mind and fantastic job makes it so easier be free to yourself…way to go..
Hey I recently booked a vacation to Las Vegas (your hometown) I'm excited about it and i'm staying at the Bellagio! What are some good things to do in Vegas besides gamble and check out the strip and is Bellagio your favorite Vegas hotel?
oh my gosh I love the Bellagio, it's a fantastic hotel! I personally love watching cirque du Soleil shows (Ka, O & Mystere are the best). Red rock canyon and Mt Charleston offer great. hiking and outdoor activity spots. Lake Las. Vegas is also very pretty!

You are a combo of myself, my mom, and my daughter. My mom retired (2nd retirement) as a gate agent. I am an avid reader, my daughter loves outdoors, we all of course love to travel, and have a big heart for animals. My mom retired in 09’ I believe. Back then we got “lifetime” benefits. It has been amazing. Hoping to go with my daughter to Amsterdam in the next few months.

pollen is no fun. The "kind" assumption on you I can agree with someone saying that. The time requirement I can bet is demanding on your body. Be a palm tree. The beech is your thing. A noisy sports bar is fun here esp when its my school/college on the TV--but that likely is because we(Duke) are one of the most hated schools in the country, but we love being hated. :) Please don't punch me for saying stewardess, it would just be in good fun.
