You made an error in your first sentence, bravo 👏 you said the phones have been released, wrong , September 22 is the date You can’t even get the date right
Hey guys great video, but I just want to point out an error. The iPhone 15/Plus doesn't actually have the same main camera sensor as the 14 Pro, as you said at 2:31. It has an entirely new sensor that is smaller than the one from the 14 Pro, which was carried over to the 15 Pro. So the 14 Pro and 15 Pro have the same sensor with 2.44 micrometer pixels and an f/1.78 aperture lens, but the regular 15 gets a smaller one with 2 micrometer pixels, but a larger f/1.6 aperture lens. However, since aperture is simply relating the size of the lens opening to the sensor, that doesn't necessarily mean the lens opening is larger on the 15's - it's just larger IN RELATION to the sensor bc the sensor is smaller!
Honestly I couldn't be happier that I'm upgrading now from my 12 to the regular 15. I feel like I'm getting sufficient upgrades to justify it, I still get pretty good trade in value, AND the regulars are almost as good as the Pros this year! All of the features I actually cared about (portrait mode and 49 upgrade, dynamic island, and curve) are on the regular, and I don't feel like I have to choose between an expensive price tag vs stuff I want. Plus, I really love pastel colors and for once, I really struggled to pick a color I wanted the most!
Upgrading from an iPhone 12 to the 15 Pro Max. Not getting any younger, and the bigger screen size is going to be pretty helpful. I also want the lighter titanium and better battery life. The better camera will be helpful, but not strictly required.
To me for those who want upgrade to iphone 15 series is the old user, such as iphone 13 and below because of the jump of performance and more upgrade hardware, it is for you.
Getting the iPhone 15 Pro Max, retiring the iPhone 7. I finally decided it was time to get a new phone once the 7 started telling me there was no Sim installed or that it was invalid. Funny thing is, I ordered the 14 PM and two days later they announced the 15 series the day it arrived to the store. The staff was really cool and cancelled the order and have preordered the 1TB 15 PM. Excited for the 22nd
This is the most helpful video I’ve seen about the new iPhones, and it also proves that they did change a lot this year, unlike what some people said. Thank you!
I am definitely upgrading my 11 Pro to a 15 Pro, just so many features that's been added since 2019 when the one I currently have came out. I'm most excited about the 120Hz, dynamic island and the Usb c!

You don’t need the pro Model trust me A few thousand dollars more just to have a better camera Pro is good for pro photographers , if you work taking a lot of photos and zooming But for regular people The plus is enough and you’ll Save a few thousands dollars And the camera in the iPhone 15 and the plus is still a 48 megapixel camera , it’s not an amateur camera by any means .
Had my 11 pro for 4 years now! Going to get the 15 plus now finally they are almost the same as pro model, I don't care 120 hz because I will set it back to 60 hz to save battery. Good job apple of upgrading the regular model!
Really liked your video. As an intermediate Photographer I was captivated by the 48 mp camera. My buddy has the pro MAX, let me borrow it for a weekend. I already had a chance to test drive the 15..In the end for Me the 15 was fine. ( I had a 12) saved enough for a substantial case screen protector and kept the extra cash in my pocket. My pictures are amazing..
2:45 That's not necessarily the case. 15 Pros (and 14 Pros too actually) despite having smaller aperture, still have larger sensor. Even Apple acknowledged that on the event. Main sensor on 15&14 Pro is (2.44/2)^2 times (almost 49% larger) the size of regular 15s. Aperture is not everything, that's why 14 Pros boasted low-light performance over 13 Pros despite having smaller aperture. In case you're wondering, the sensor size of regular 15s compared to regular 14s is only about 11% larger. That's why they don't talk really much about low-light improvements, because there is nothing.
I’m going back and forth between the pink 15 and "natural titanium" 15 pro. I have the 13 mini, and I regret it everyday. Idk what I was thinking, I miss having a big phone. And aside from that, the mini has so many issues. I just can’t wait to upgrade, I need it lol
I had the 12 Mini and LOVED the form factor but the battery was downright atrocious! I always needed a charger with me and or an external battery pack. Definitely not ideal. So I can relate to this! I jumped to the iPhone 14 Pro when it got released.
Hands down the most helpful video I’ve seen so far in my phone upgrade decision-making process. Cut to the chase with each of the 10 tips plus the buyer’s guide at the end?! - Exactly the no-frills breakdown I needed. Reinforced my leaning toward the 15 Pro in Blue Titanium. I am a loyal iPhone user upgrading from a Silver 13 Pro.
Thank you so much man! I was so indecisive and cracking my head on whether to go for 15 Pro or regular 15 wanting a better performance but it costs a fortune in my region.
I would just say if you waited for the iPhone to get USB-C, get it! It’s your money, your choice. Other than that, just wait for next year or whatever if you have a iPhone 13 Pro or 14 Pro
I am going to upgrade from XS Max to 15 PRO Max. What do you think about the storage of PROs? Would the 256 be sufficient of PRO MAX (due to possibilities of the USB-C and ad hoc transferring data to external storage) or we should forget about it and choose 512? I remember that Apple liked in the past to boost a bit the higher storage options when it comes to saving data etc.
I ended up going for the 512gb today, though I did debate it for some time due to the ability of connecting an external SDD. But, in the long run, it's still not Thunderbolt speed; only USB 3. I'd rather shoot to the internal memory, and then transfer it later at my leisure.
I’m upgrading from my 13 pro max to the 15 pro. In my experience a bigger screen didn’t make the phone better and i think it’s a bit chunky. I think the 15 pro is the perfect size with all the latest features
This is the same boat I’m in and I’m trying to decide whether it’s worth it or not. I can deal with the size tho I admit it’s been a hassle. For me it’s the USB-C switch, camera stuff is a nice perk, and having more access to accessories that fit my aesthetic and usability - because finding stuff for my 13 pro max has been a pain. Anybody that can weigh in on this? Mine is paid off and unlocked, I’m debating holding off to see how the 16 pro will be. Eyeing the natural titanium 15 pro with either the taupe or cypress green finewoven cases 👀
15 pro max is lighter then 13 pro max so everyone says its a big difference and you don’t feel the weight as we do with 13 pro max. I don’t want to change I love my 13 pro max though 🤩🥰
How do you like it after 4 months ? Is the on screen battery life good ? I'm considering the 15 pro because its features are some things I need (especially the 120hz refresh rate) but the plus has much better battery life than both the pro and pro max so i'm torn
There's a mistake at 2:45 regarding the 1x cameras of the 14 vs. the 15. The regular 15 *does* have a 24 mm lens with a wider aperture (f1.6 vs f1.78), but this does *not* necessarily mean that more light is hitting the sensor. The 15 Pro this year has a larger sensor compared to last year's 14 Pro (and thereby this year's 15). I don't think we know yet how much bigger. But with a bigger sensor, even if the aperture is slower, there could be the same amount of light (or more) that reaches the sensor. Same as a f4 full frame lens gathers as much light as a f2.8 aps-c lens, for example. So I don't think we can be sure that the regular 15, compared to the 15 pro, has better low light performance. (It is likely to be the same and could potentially be worse.) Otherwise great video, fantastic work as always, keep it up! :)
F1.6 is faster than F1.78, so it is indeed the case, that the sensor gets more light. What the sensor (or its photosites) do with that light in terms of image quality is another topic.
@@quma001 Wrong. A larger sensor with the same aperture will capture more light because of the greater surface area of the sensor, so you can’t know which one actually gets more light at this time without knowing the sensor size difference.
Coming from iPhone 8. I think I’m gonna get the iPhone 15, maybe with more storage since I play games on my phone and take bunch of photos. I don’t really care about the action button or the 60hz refresh and I know little about photography.
iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB model in Titanium Blue for me. The rest of my family will be getting the regular iPhone 15 and 15 Plus depending on trade in deals we’re allowed to get. Ordered the 360° rotatable ring Torras case in blue for my Pro Max, can’t wait to get it in.
15 looks awesome but since normal 15 does not support 120 Hz refresh rate those are no-go for me. Once you see such smooth movement you cannot go back to 60 Hz.
I just got the Torras phone case so I will see how that goes through Amazon. I am holding off on the 15 Pro Max since I have the 13 Pro Max. however, I did upgrade my Apple Watch 6 to the Ultra 2. Cannot wait
I have a Samsung and have been trying to figure out which iPhone to buy. I prefer the size and price of the regular 15, but the usb-c is going to be really slow compared to my Samsung s21. I might go with the 13 or 14 instead bc the usb-c doesn't seem worth it rn. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?
Even though I have the 14 Pro Max the natural titanium finish looks gorgeous and the transfer speeds with USB 3 and the 5X zoom is enough for me to geek out on and upgrade since my phone is paid off the trade in won’t cost much for the 15 Pro Max
I am on regular 12 and I will be getting regular 15 as well, in my opinion this year regular 15 is just best bang for the buck 120herz display on pro is just not that great compare to the competition or external displays ...... alwayse on funcion will be disabled by most users after first week due a battery drain :) and lastly USB C well that is tempting but no I am using my phone as a phone not a video camera or extrenal drive so no it aint gonna cut it either :) But I am very intrested in those new watches I dont still have one so I am waiting for your videos to make a right buy Max !
Currently have had the XR for nearly 5 years and it’s well due for an upgrade. Now I’m leaning towards either the regular 15 Pro or Pro Max. I like all the features of the Max model and it could last me for years. But the large size, even with my moderate hand size, might turn me off.
@@HardwareScience the battery and the camera features are the enticing things for me about the 15 pro max. But yeah, as I said, I’m still not sure if I can hold that big phone without having butterfingers lol.
I was using a Galaxy Flip 4 for almost a year but then it broke down. So I'm using the XR as a substitute phone and is planning on getting a 15pro. I like the colors of the 15 and 15Plus better though, but I really prefer having the better features so I don't have to think about upgrading every year. I used to change phones quite quickly but seems like we won't be getting much wow features nowadays.
I'm definitely buying the 15 Pro or Pro Max, I have a Samsung A13 5G and realized it doesn't have 3.0 USB. I been trying to get on iPhone but I feel like this is my time to upgrade. Hopefully it has a wider 6.1 screen 🤞
I have an iPhone 8, so, since there's no "SE" model, the standard iPhone 15 is my choice. My wife has an iPhone 11, and the camera is a high priority ... so it'll be the Pro for her. Remains to be seen whether she'll opt for the Max or not.
I used to upgrade every 4-5 models but now I’ve resigned myself to upgrade every other model especially since my employer now chips in a 20 percent discount. 1 terabyte 15 max pro in natural titanium it is then. 💪🏼
For the love of god titanium is harder but if you scratch it it will look worst than stainless steel. I think the natural titanium color is the only option because other colors will look really bad if it’s potentially scratched. For me, I never cared about color as I always put it on a case.
Will skip this upgrade and wait until the 16 since i have the 14 Pro Max. Don’t see much of a jump to consider upgrading this year, maybe next year it will be more significant if I miss the 15.
I think for regular use and photography 15 pro is more than enough . 5x optical zoom is not necessary in practical daily life also pro max is quite huge ... 15 pro form and size factor is just perfect for daily use . Unless anyone is trying to shoot a film then pro max is good otherwise pro will do just fine
The 15 pro will not make better quality shots than the 15 pro max. The 15 Pro has the X3 lens (same sensor from last year) and the Pro Max the X5 (with new and bigger sensor), this is the main different between them in photography.
@danariel3558 thanks .. however I believe with the new a17 chip and improved / larger aperture 3x will work just fine.. I don't find periscope lens or 5x optical zoom necessary... also pro max size / form factor is not suitable for daily use unless you are a content creator
Also the stainless is one of the best materials in a phone. We don’t need titanium on a phone hard material to work with and unless this phone is going to be doing a reentry burn the material is overkill
I honestly can't decide... I bought a 14 pro on launch day and loved it except for the battery life. I was planning to upgrade to the 15 pro but not much improved, currently thinking about the pro max. But I'm gonna wait for reviews
@@corrd3llmy only issue is, I did the math, it’s about $700 for me to upgrade w a trade in at Apple. So you’re paying $700 for a bigger battery, I just don’t know yet I think I’m gonna wait for reviews
Got just the 15. Was going to get the pro but only for the camera. With both being the same 48MP I did not really need a extra £200 for a 3x telephoto lens. A normal 15 is plenty until I upgrade it in 2030. I upgrade tech every 6-7 years. Going from 7 to 15 this Christmas is going to be nuts
Thanks for the guide! Only thing tempting me to upgrade from my 14 pro is ray tracing. I don’t think it’s worth it for that and usb-c alone, so I’ll wait for the comparisons. Almost 100% sure waiting another year to finally ditch lighting for good
For the average user...sure. But, if someone is getting this for the camera system, the Pro versions are the best way to go; especially with the higher USB-C port.
I feel like it too, these features seem minor to me, sorry not sorry. If you're a photographer you wouldn't be using your phone's camera, I feel like this is just unprofessional.
Nice video, Max. Could you compare the regular iPhone 15 to the iPhone 14 Pro when you can get one on hand? I’m not sure whether to get a 14 Pro since it has AOD which is great for standby mode in iOS 17.
upgrading from iPhone 11 Pro to iPhone 15 Pro (Natural Titanium), which will be a big upgrade for me. i like the standard size, is a better fit if you have smaller hands if you use it one handed.
I love how the iPhone 15 plus beats out the iPhone 15 Pro Max battery as I have seen in many tests. One thing that I really don’t like is the 60hz screen.
I am pumped about these upgrades myself! I current run an iPhone 11 Pro Midnight Green 256GB and will be upgrading to the iPhone 11 Pro 25GGB probably in Black or Silver. As a small phone lover I really liked to hear that the Pro iPhones are substantially lighter this year AND smaller due to the very small bezel size, this is amazing news! and the fact the batterys are getting larger, huge fan of long long lasting battery life. Also excited that more and more iPhones will have the Dynamic Island so hoping that more and more developers will use this in clever ways.
Getting the 15 pro this year. I have the 13 pro max and I've just found it's too cumbersome to use with one hand. With the watch ultra I'm not using my phone as much, so I don't nees the absolute best battery any longer. Plus with USB C there'll be way more places to charge for me personally
I’m pretty convinced at 15pm’s 25x digital zoom… is the new pro chip gonna be great at reducing noise in image? Will software be involved in digital zooming? Will definitely wait for tests for sure
I’m torn. I have the 13 pro max, and I wanted something smaller and lighter. I like the 15 pro but the telephoto lens is really tempting. I thought this might be a good opportunity to sell my DSLR because I already find myself using my phone camera more often.
I mean an iPhone is an iPhone. I doubt whatever a review says will really sway you. Of course it's "better" but you won't really notice a difference like we haven't in the last few years lol
I’ve finally decided that I want to “see” one, and pick it up. I’m interested in the weight-my pro max 13 is so heavy! Do I really want that zoom lens? It’s too bad they didn’t offer the same lens with the pro.
I preordered the pro but after watching recent reviews, the pro model is heavier, fatter, MUCH less durable in drop tests, MUCH worse battery - cancelled the pro and got the non pro. I don’t use the camera much and the 3x camera is very bad anyway.
The price difference between regular 15 and 15 pro is 200 usd. And nobody is mentioning that this brings (among all other features) the lidar sensor that can be creatively used in so many ways. This alone makes the pro model even cheaper in relative terms. So I think the 15 and 15+ should be priced at 599 and 699 respectively.
That makes no sense lol. If anything, you are arguing that the pro phones should be more expensive. They are a for profit company. They aren't making their phones which are already selling well way cheaper
@@davidyang3068 You make no sense LOL :-) I'm arguing that the pro phones have prices much closer to their value and the regular ones don't. They don't offer great value for the asking price compared to the pros.
I was going to buy the standard iPhone Plus since I don’t really take pictures much, until I priced it up and it was only $200 less than the Pro Max and the same as the Pro. Seems like a no-brainer to go with the Pro or Pro Max.
We’ll both be upgrading to the 15 Pro Max because we’re in the annual Upgrade Plan ….AND … the price is the same as the 14 Pro Max that we have. If the price had significantly increased, we would continue paying off our 14’s and be happy with that great phone. We don’t use all the fancy features and upgrade because we can annually.
Serious question about the chip. I assume they used the N3B node for the A17 chips which is why we see a small improvement between this chip and the previous A16. Here's my question though. Do you think that they'll wait to actually release the M3 chipset when they can use the N3B format starting next year (obviously for the different computing devices) or do an Oct/Nov event? If they did the later, who thinks the M3 pro and max chips would be using the N3E format since it would be available next year?
@bertuol_pedro Well from what I have read, Mediatek has for their line of phone that comes out early next year a 3nm chip that is set on N3E that was mentioned a few days before Apple did there event yesterday. So it sounds to me that N3E is ready but would be out officially as of the start of 2024.
The 14 and 15 pro have a larger 48 megapixel sensor compared to the 15 and 15+. Have a look at the slides that Apple presented and you can see that the pixel size is different. It looks like the pros have a pixel size of 2.44 microns. While, the 15 and 15+ have a 2 µm pixel size
@@t-pk8qh I’ve about talked myself into the 15plus in either the pink or the blue. Honestly I’ve never really used my 13pm features like pro raw or macro shots. I don’t even really use the zoom camera much at all. I think the biggest feature I might miss would be the 120hz screen but even then I use a iPad 9 with 60hz and unless I put them side by side my eyes can’t tell the difference. My eyes are bad anyways which is why I need the bigger screen size to begin with. Lol!
Only things I'm disappointed with is the Action Button options (I'd like to see more functionality like being able to double press & even triple press for different functions). I'm also a little disappointed that the 15 Pro Max doest come with the lower 128GB option. I sync to the a backup so I don't need to keep all files on my device, so I don't need as much internal storage.
My only problem with the iPhone 15 Pro/Max is that the Max has a "better" zoom camera. I think these pro models Shouldn't be difference. But of course, if Apple wants more money out of you, that's the best way to do it. I also think the 128gb model is a joke. With the ability of recording ProRes video @4k/60, watch that storage go down quickly. It's not only video, better photo's/quality = more mb (or gb) per photo. Apps are getting bigger as well and games are more popular than ever on mobile phones. 256gb should be standard. Other than that, i do love the iPhone 15 Pro and i will upgrade. I currently have the iPhone X 256gb so for me, it's time to upgrade. Also the convenience of USB-C plays a big factor to me!
i’m more tempted this year to upgrade to the 15 PM for the camera and i appreciate that it’s usbc for wired charging (don’t use it for data transfer all that much) but since i have the 13 pro, it’s still too similar for me to be sold on buying it. i know i’ll opt for the larger screen and more storage when i do upgrade but think i’ll wait another year till the 16 PM and see if that’s enough. my current phone holds up to my needs rather well still. i love learning what the new ones have to offer and love tech
Last model just was crazy expensive because of the low Euro rate compared to the dollar. Now it is adjusted to normal crazy prices and keep in mind that we pay 21% tax and some states in America don’t. So we still pay much lol
Hey Max thank you for the review. I honestly don’t think that the iPhone 15 pro has thinner bezels than the non pro models. I think that titanium is thinner than aluminum, so basically you will have the same bezels but not the same width. So same size screen, same black bezels, but thicker external material

The 15 is extremely fragile tho lol
Thank you so much man! I was so indecisive and cracking my head on whether to go for 15 Pro or regular 15 wanting a better performance but it costs a fortune in my region.
Thanks Max! I am updating from iphone 11 to iphone 15 after I saw this video. Thank you!
I would just say if you waited for the iPhone to get USB-C, get it! It’s your money, your choice. Other than that, just wait for next year or whatever if you have a iPhone 13 Pro or 14 Pro
Nearly a grand just to upgrade to usb c what's been out for years 😂😂😂

8 plus was a long journey, can’t wait for 15 pro max 😊
Me too lol
iPhone XS here, been a long time coming for that 15 pro on that military discountttt

When they announced 2000nits for the regular 15s, I thought the Pros will come with 3000nits like the watch 2 ultra
I’m upgrading from my 13 pro max to the 15 pro. In my experience a bigger screen didn’t make the phone better and i think it’s a bit chunky. I think the 15 pro is the perfect size with all the latest features
I did. the same thing. The 13 pro max is too big and Im 1,95m.
Ordered a 15 pro and give my 13 pro max my dad.
@@ashlamccammon4196 Honestly waiting a year for the 16 pro is probably not worth it
15 pro max is lighter then 13 pro max so everyone says its a big difference and you don’t feel the weight as we do with 13 pro max.
Really informative and helpful. 8 gigs of RAM in Pro lineup is also a pretty decent feature.
Gonna upgrade from an iPhone 8. Thinking of the Pro Max due to its size however I'm contemplating how much storage is enough
(It is likely to be the same and could potentially be worse.)
Otherwise great video, fantastic work as always, keep it up! :)
they said it s larger compared to the 15, literally no sensor has changed from the 14 pro to 15 pro.
Regular is 26mm
@@mehdiyk8854 The main sensor is larger in the 15 pro vs the 14 pro my guy.
I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and I preordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max on preorder day so I get it on launch day! 😁
I love the TORRAS case you introduced in #7, So cool we finally have an all-in-one phone case, the stand idea is fantastic!
iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB model in Titanium Blue for me. The rest of my family will be getting the regular iPhone 15 and 15 Plus depending on trade in deals we’re allowed to get. Ordered the 360° rotatable ring Torras case in blue for my Pro Max, can’t wait to get it in.
also ordered the ostand with air bag for my ip15 pro
Mistake #11: Don’t assume you can even afford the 15 Pro
I don't understand why are some people watching if they don't even have the money to buy one
Even though I have the 14 Pro Max the natural titanium finish looks gorgeous and the transfer speeds with USB 3 and the 5X zoom is enough for me to geek out on and upgrade since my phone is paid off the trade in won’t cost much for the 15 Pro Max

Big upgrade!
Currently have had the XR for nearly 5 years and it’s well due for an upgrade. Now I’m leaning towards either the regular 15 Pro or Pro Max. I like all the features of the Max model and it could last me for years. But the large size, even with my moderate hand size, might turn me off.
The only difference besides battery is 5x optical zoom vs 3x on the regular pro
@@HardwareScience the battery and the camera features are the enticing things for me about the 15 pro max. But yeah, as I said, I’m still not sure if I can hold that big phone without having butterfingers lol.
I was using a Galaxy Flip 4 for almost a year but then it broke down. So I'm using the XR as a substitute phone and is planning on getting a 15pro. I like the colors of the 15 and 15Plus better though, but I really prefer having the better features so I don't have to think about upgrading every year. I used to change phones quite quickly but seems like we won't be getting much wow features nowadays.
Get the Pro unless your going to be needing that periscope all the time. I’m in the same boat I have small hands and currently have a 13 mini 😁
Go Pro Max
And don’t make the Mistake 11 of upgrading when you don’t need it 😬😧😵💫
I upgraded from iPhone 11 Pro Max to the 15 pro max In titanium blue Loving it. Huge upgrade for me.
I'm definitely buying the 15 Pro or Pro Max, I have a Samsung A13 5G and realized it doesn't have 3.0 USB. I been trying to get on iPhone but I feel like this is my time to upgrade. Hopefully it has a wider 6.1 screen 🤞
Thanks. As always, I needed this annual new iPhone Buyer's Guide.
Looking forward to the camera tests. Especially between the new pro models zoom 😉
Zoom 😂😂😂
Both have amazing cameras and zoom
Thankyouu information😊🙏
can you do a video comparing iphone 15 to the 14 pro and which one should we buy or if we should buy from the 14 pro or get the 15 pro
For the love of god titanium is harder but if you scratch it it will look worst than stainless steel. I think the natural titanium color is the only option because other colors will look really bad if it’s potentially scratched. For me, I never cared about color as I always put it on a case.
I really want to have the new titanium, still deciding whether the pro or pro max. The only problem is... I don't have money to buy anyone of those. 😅
3:26 yeah and only usb 3.0 speeds when you don’t use the included cable if the rumors are right. This cable only supports usb 2.0
I think I might try the 15 Pro Max this year. Been using 13 Pro, but kinda interested in a bigger phone this time.
My thoughts too…
Will skip this upgrade and wait until the 16 since i have the 14 Pro Max.
You are right about the camera on the Max
Please could someone explain why he says that the 15 pro will make better quality shots than the 15 pro max?
The 15 pro will not make better quality shots than the 15 pro max. The 15 Pro has the X3 lens (same sensor from last year) and the Pro Max the X5 (with new and bigger sensor), this is the main different between them in photography.
@@patricek4044 ya I was wondering that too
@danariel3558 thanks .. however I believe with the new a17 chip and improved / larger aperture 3x will work just fine..
The PM will always have a bigger and better battery
Exactly! 14 pro battery life is not so great. I haven’t heard anyone mention that the 15 pro battery life will be any better. 😢
Absolutely agree. Very poor battery, that’s why Im gonna buy 15pro max tomorrow.

Almost 100% sure waiting another year to finally ditch lighting for good
I keeping my 13 pro max for at minimum another year. It is not worth it yet to upgrade as good as my 13 pro max is
Who cares about raytracing at 30fps lol
Exactly what I was thinking.
Pro max all the freaking way 🎊 (upgrading from 12 pro max)
I’ll be upgrading to the 15 pro max from my iPhone 11💀I think it’s a reasonable upgrade
The fine woven case looks really good!
I think the 15 and 15 plus are the way to go. Better value imo
Is it worth it to upgrade from 12 pro to regular 15? Is the camera better than the 14 pro?
Mistake # 7b…. Listening to mistake #7 at 4:29… forcing people to watch you fit a sponsor as part of a “mistakes list” is the actual mistake….
100% agree; he dismissed apple's case' without ANY wear testing.
Regular iPhone 15, upgrading from a 12 Pro. Thought about getting the 15 Plus, however I feel that the Plus should be a little bit smaller.
Nice video, Max. Could you compare the regular iPhone 15 to the iPhone 14 Pro when you can get one on hand? I’m not sure whether to get a 14 Pro since it has AOD which is great for standby mode in iOS 17.
I love the AOD I’ve tried turning it off but I like it too much 😂
upgrading from iPhone 11 Pro to iPhone 15 Pro (Natural Titanium), which will be a big upgrade for me. i like the standard size, is a better fit if you have smaller hands if you use it one handed.
Who will be brave enough to not use a case at all? What’s all the hype about titanium, if you gonna protect it with plastic anyway?
I had a 12 mini. Just upgraded to the 15 Plus a few weeks ago. It feels so good to have a bigger screen.
I will be upgrading from 11 to 15pro. Super excited to see all the improvements
Also excited that more and more iPhones will have the Dynamic Island so hoping that more and more developers will use this in clever ways.
the 11 pro to the 11 pro?
256 to 25GB and a switch up in color is an upgrade ok!
Getting the 15 pro this year. I have the 13 pro max and I've just found it's too cumbersome to use with one hand. With the watch ultra I'm not using my phone as much, so I don't nees the absolute best battery any longer. Plus with USB C there'll be way more places to charge for me personally
So how do you like it as far as battery goes ?
Honestly, I like the Titanium color and material. I have the 13 pro max so I will wait and watch the reviews.
I’m pretty convinced at 15pm’s 25x digital zoom… is the new pro chip gonna be great at reducing noise in image? Will software be involved in digital zooming? Will definitely wait for tests for sure
@@NichouchouMe too. I’m not convinced until I see real world results.
I upgraded from an iPhone 11 to the 15 Pro Max. Had the 15 pro max for about a month and a half now, and it’s been a wonderful experience thus far
The most underrated feature is the new camera lens coating on the 15 Pro; I hate nighttime reflections more than any lightning port.
I wouldn’t count on it. I heard it’s still there but improved just a bit. We’ll have to wait and see
I have an 11 and was looking to upgrade to the 14 pro but with this im def just jumping to the 15. thNK YOU
I was going to buy the standard iPhone Plus since I don’t really take pictures much, until I priced it up and it was only $200 less than the Pro Max and the same as the Pro. Seems like a no-brainer to go with the Pro or Pro Max.

Great. Now I can pay $2000 for a 5% faster phone which they’ll slow down in a year.
I’m going to wait for the 16 pro max or Ultra tbh. Super helpful video👍

I would lean mostly towards to 15 or 15 Plus with 256gb but I honestly can decide between either one of them😂
Honestly same I’m so torn but I’m definitely getting black.
I think M3 will be N3B, no enough time for N3E M3
I’m really torn. I have the 13PM now but I love that pink and blue 15plus! I would lose the 120 refresh rate and zoom camera. So I don’t know.
Keep your 13PM
Same here. I have the 13 Pro Max, but I really like the pink for the 15 Plus and the pink 9 watch. Maybe, I should hold out for the 16.
Lol!
Wait for the 16 as it can be the ultra
From a Xr to 15 pro max💪🏻
Type c on iPhone: you waited
Me: of course
Only things I'm disappointed with is the Action Button options (I'd like to see more functionality like being able to double press & even triple press for different functions). I'm also a little disappointed that the 15 Pro Max doest come with the lower 128GB option. I sync to the a backup so I don't need to keep all files on my device, so I don't need as much internal storage.
I was kind of surprised they didn't offer multiple options, depending on the number of clicks. Maybe they'll add it in an iOS update down the road.
Thank you, that was extremely helpful!
Hi, I am an Android user and want to switch to iPhone 15 plus. So, iPhone 15 plus is value for money to buy?
i’m more tempted this year to upgrade to the 15 PM for the camera and i appreciate that it’s usbc for wired charging (don’t use it for data transfer all that much) but since i have the 13 pro, it’s still too similar for me to be sold on buying it. i know i’ll opt for the larger screen and more storage when i do upgrade but think i’ll wait another year till the 16 PM and see if that’s enough. my current phone holds up to my needs rather well still.
i love learning what the new ones have to offer and love tech
The cameras are literally the exact same except for the 5x zoom one
yeah im switching to my first iphone next month, iphone 15 256gb in pink, pretty excited
In the Netherlands, the new 15 pro max is 256gb is €130 cheaper then the 14 pro max 256gb of last year. Sure wasn’t expecting this 😜
Inderdaad betere prijzen nu voor het nieuwere model! Welke pro kleur ga je kiezen?
Yep EU got lucky 🍀
Last model just was crazy expensive because of the low Euro rate compared to the dollar. Now it is adjusted to normal crazy prices and keep in mind that we pay 21% tax and some states in America don’t. So we still pay much lol
I am planning on upgrading to the iPhone 15 Pro in White Titanium from the iPhone XR in Yellow. Thank you for this video it was really helpful.
Hey Max thank you for the review. I honestly don’t think that the iPhone 15 pro has thinner bezels than the non pro models. I think that titanium is thinner than aluminum, so basically you will have the same bezels but not the same width. So same size screen, same black bezels, but thicker external material
The best video so far about the new iPhones generation, congrats.
