Acer Swift 3 SP314 Charger Port Repair

At the 3:33 minute mark you easily fold up the metal cover over the power port. Mine does not easily fold up and I am afraid to use force. How can I lift it w/o damaging anything?

that metal cover is the hinge for the screen
try opening the display a little

Because the laptop isnt dead automatically and can fill the battery with that charger

My acer doesn't have the same screws. It comes with really tiny star like screws. Suggestions on tools?
