I really hope we get more “every Mario kart game” videos from Nico. Not only are these videos really good but they give the arcade games and Home Circuit some much needed respect.
I would say it’s the Rainbow Roads for all of them. Just the atmosphere alone is enough to make those tracks the best!

My problem with the one in Double Dash is just that it's so filled with boost pads that it's no longer about "driving normally", mini turbos are kind of irrelevant for example

Mario Kart 7 Raindow Road is my favorite track ! It’s in MK 8 as it came as DLC. The arcade game is super fun!! It’s so cool to play Mario Kart with an actual wheel and gas pedal.

I haven't played the arcade games nor Home Circuit, so, I can't say what are my favourite tracks from those.

There’s also the Bowser’s Castle race in Super Nintendo World!
Since I've only played Wii, 7, 8 and Tour. I'll compile a few from each installment to fill in the spaces to make up for it. Okay, here goes:
Wii: Coconut Mall, Wario's Gold Mine and Koopa Cape.
7: Music Park, Neo Bowser City and Shy Guy Bazaar.
8: Electrodrome, Water Park and Thwomp Ruins.
Tour: Yoshi's Island, Kalimari Desert and Maple Treeway.
I also like Rome Avanti, Singapore Speedway, Waluigi Pinball, Moo Moo Meadows and Toad's Factory. As well as Peach Gardens, Wario Stadium and to no one's surprise, DK Jungle and Pass.

But it hasn’t been remade in 8 Deluxe… yet.
Funfact MK doubble dash was invented in Mario kart super circuit in sunset whiles when you bump into a shy guy they hop on the back of the kart and you can drive so doubble was kind of already teesed
