Actually, from mario kart DS onwards, every game can be beaten without jumping by using the bullet bill, who will fly over the obligatory jumps without actually jumping

I mean you have to be really far behind to get one just like the blue shell, and the odds are too low for you to have much chance of better than last place.
I think you have a very interesting way of choosing what counts as a jump.
Next up mario party without jumping. Impossible to hit the block then.

Some Mario parties don't have the characters jump to get a turn, but it's only the 3ds games.

I knew this wasn't possible cuz I could think of at least one track with mandatory jumps in every game. But I honestly didn't expect every game except one to fail in the Mushroom Cup.
Techniclly a lot of the jumps are only preformed by the car and not the character
TBH i thought this was going to be about not pressing the jump button, rather than not using any ramps. That would have worked out far better, as all it really does is lock out power sliding.
Home Circuit, should've added a jump to stay consistent. :P

As someone who plays Tour a lot, I can guarantee you that you would not have made it past the first track anyway since nearly all the remakes have a forced jump at some point in the track (except Baby Park).

What about using a bullet bill?? Does that count as jumping? You could use that to go across gaps

When you make almost everything considered jumping, you don’t get much of a video. This feels a little like forced content.

Its common Sense that every Mario Kart has a forced Ramp/Jump because the game would be boring if you weren't forced to
If it was just one cup he had to pass, this would be an interesting challenge, but like you said, this just turned out to be Forced Content because he is trying to beat the WHOLE game
