When I do your sessions by the end I sometimes get these wonderful feelings like my head is being blown wide open, and if it’s a really good day, my heart too. Music did this for me today as well when I watched the debut of a new video on RUclips called ‘The Line.’ It’s for Arcane, the animation series on Netflix. The music starts out quiet, and grows in less than four minutes to a crescendo of ecstasy that blows my everything wide open. The voice is ethereal and raw at the same time. It rings through my head.

Of course, more the merrier. Especially when you balance them out like this slow one, then a fast one…and maybe a slow sleeping one before going to bed 🙏🏼 It’s all time spent with yourself. Which is amazing, and something we lack with all of these distractions in today’s society.
