I want to give you some advice that I would have loved if you had said it before and that is that the deadlift, I don't know how to say that exercise, is that when you go down, press hard on your heels so your back won't hurt.❤

Does the goblet squats hurt ur knees they hurt mine
I find it better to push with my heels when I rise up. Try not to push up with your toes. Once I changed it I felt a major difference.
