    just did this right after your beginner ab workout video. i couldnt do the 4th set of the lunges or the dumbbell squats, but got through everything else. DAMN!

    I want to give you some advice that I would have loved if you had said it before and that is that the deadlift, I don't know how to say that exercise, is that when you go down, press hard on your heels so your back won't hurt.❤

      I find it better to push with my heels when I rise up. Try not to push up with your toes. Once I changed it I felt a major difference.
