    10 x KAS BB Glute Bridges

    Hi Diana, does doing split squats with your foot higher on a bench or lower on a plate make a significant difference or is it just personal preference? Keep up the great work. Love the workouts here and the food videos on Instagram.

      Start with the plates as you get better then do with the bench for more depth

    if you flex more the knee on the kickbacks, you will improve isolation of the gluteal from the hamstrings on this hip extension exercice

    Omg this looks brutal! Im going to try adding this to my routine once a week and see what happens. Might not be able to do all four sets yet. 😅 I like how you used the plate for the split squats, I’m always trying to use the bench which feels so awkward and uncomfortable. Definitely switching to your method!

      Okay, first run through complete! I am working out at home so I’m doing those kick backs with resistance cables. I made it through 3 sets, only 8 reps on the bridges though. I’ll update as I progress 😀 thanks!

      I’m still doing it. I’ve been adding these in twice a week. It kills! My glutes are getting stronger, I know because I have increased my weight on everything and I am noticing a difference visually! A couple more months should make a huge impact.

    i noticed on split squats , left leg sets had a 1 sec hold on top of rom. right leg sets had 0.5 hold on top. or is just me? like your content! i'll have my gf try this routine

    Hey Diana! I usually do split squats with my back foot on a bench- is there much of a difference in putting your back foot on a plate instead? Did you choose it over a bench on purpose? Thanks!
