Definitely switching to your method!
Okay, first run through complete! I am working out at home so I’m doing those kick backs with resistance cables. I made it through 3 sets, only 8 reps on the bridges though. I’ll update as I progress 😀 thanks!
I’m still doing it. I’ve been adding these in twice a week. It kills! My glutes are getting stronger, I know because I have increased my weight on everything and I am noticing a difference visually! A couple more months should make a huge impact.

Start with the plates as you get better then do with the bench for more depth

if you flex more the knee on the kickbacks, you will improve isolation of the gluteal from the hamstrings on this hip extension exercice
