I love that a lot of female creators are talking bout the fear of weights and bulking cause I know a lot of young women get scared and having someone else understand and explain how they over come it makes it easy

Since i started my fitness journey i also started counting my calories and my relationship with food have been destroyed i restricted myself and developed binge eating. I've been trying to get away and get food off my mind for 2 years. My psychology deteriorated and I fell into depression. I unknowingly removed many routines from my life (such as skin care). People around me never understood how bad a situation I was in. I'm doing my best to heal myself right now…

I am sorry that you go throu that. I have similar problem. It is best to be in slight defficit but consistent over long time. Too much defficit contributes to binging, not because lack of will power but because of physiological hunger.

I hear you 100% however tracking macros brings you to a place of awareness that prevents you from mindlessly consuming. It’s something that has to be approached with balance.

I am so sorry you had to go through all of that, especially on your own. Personally, calorie tracking did not work for me either and that is completely okay. Finding out what works for you is always the best way to go about your fitness journey, no matter what others may tell you. I hope you know that you are not alone in this. Please reach out to loved ones or anyone you feel you can confide in. You are so strong and powerful, I'm here supporting you the entire way 🫶

Diana minute 13:03 onwards hit me so hard. You talking about how all of our hard work basically goes down the drain the minute we start to get trapped in comparing ourselves is so real. This reminded me to be more gentle with myself and realize that comparison servers no purpose.

Love love love you Di🥺 this was so helpful and so so relatable. You’ve really been such motivation for me these past few months, your real ness in how much of a struggle gym can be and that people can actually sweat in the gym 😂 has been incredible in my fitness journey so hearing that even people who look like they’ve got it all together are still a work in progress is amazing

I’ve been at this for awhile and now you’ve made me realize I need to stop beating myself up and learn from my mistakes and stop being hard on myself I was able to lose weight when I was at 232 and got down to 145 and now since I’m bulking and now at 173.4 and forcing myself to gain over night when I should realize it takes time and we are all different so thank you for this I had to cry a little bit and forgive myself and said I just want to love myself more again just as I did when I lost weight and to gain muscle is a different mission but I’m ready this time
One thing I’ve learned from yesterday was what doesn’t kill you just makes you stronger
    Thank you girl
    Thank you
    Thank you
Salute💯🐺🙏 God bless you and your journey keep climbing 🧗‍♀️

ayy, I'm super duper glad I found you!! This is only my first video, but based off what I've seen from here and the 1 video on socials, you're for sure unique as far as the industry and stuff. Your content seems to just really honest and genuine as well as you seem super hard working and ambitious and that's what I'm here for! Glad to be able to add you to my list of fitness/gym content to be able to trust and enjoy

Some important thoughts here. Thanks for sharing them. Makes me feel so fortunate to work with my trainer -- EFFORT over OUTCOMES. Setbacks (injuries and distractions) happen. Form is key.

I‘m at mistake 7 right now. I joined the gym January 2023 and I‘ve been a 100% consistent and went 4-6 times to the gym depending on my current split. I always hit my protein and calorie goal. Now I started school again after working for a few years and I need to give myself time for this change. School is a big priority for me and I can‘t really keep up with all the exams… so I didn‘t go to the gym for 2-3 weeks now. And I‘m sick atm.. it‘s really frustrating :/
