I love taking a break my first or second day of my period. Sometimes even a day or two prior to getting it. For me it just feels right, and sure I’ll sometimes have those guilt based thoughts like I should’ve gone and my period isn’t a good enough excuse, but I’ve learned to soften that voice and prioritize rest. I think so many people in fitness culture neglect true rest in fear of missing gains. I’ve had those “just do it” kind of days in the past where I’m feeling the wrath of my period and I push past my limits, I typically don’t feel better afterwards (although I try to justify it and tell myself I do l) my body feels extremely fatigued and it’s almost as if I’m in the negative energy wise. Now, on my 3rd, 4th, and 5th day on my monthly, I feel a super surge in energy and strength! lol
Girl you should compliment girls because they end up being super nice too and complimenting you too! I’m shy and quiet too, but if I like something I will compliment and you’re right that the girl vibes are 10 out of 10 and supporting each other and being nice for sure! I like how us girls are so quiet and slow doing our exercises too!🫶🫶🫶girl power!
For me I got dropped out from college doing a higher course at photography. But I suppose the positive is that I'll be going back to the other college again to start the lower course again but that's not till August urgh
menstrual cups are the game changer for real. never wasting money on tampons. tampons have really bad stuff in them that are horrible for you and actually also cause cramps. Also tampons and TSS. menstrual cups you can wear for 12 hrs and haven't at least for me EVER leaked.
I use small pads for the leaks. I mean. I have to explain a bit. When I re-insert the cup, there is a bit of blood coming out. But yeah. It was a HUGE change for everything. The amount of waste we are not gonna do anymore, our wallet and not worrying for almost anything else.
When I would get my period, I get extremely anxious and uncomfortable. My cramps used to put me in the fettle position. My temper was hostile bad. But I now use a menstrual cup and my pain had disappeared cause tampons made it worse for me. Cups are more freeing cause you can keep it in all day, and it lasts up to 12 hours. I have very little symptoms with my period anymore.
Hello Diana, how are you, I want to tell you that you are my impulse to exercise, but in the condition that I am in, I cannot go to a gym. It would be in your possibilities if you could make a video of a routine at home for gluteal abs. I would appreciate it. heart
