And girl, a really cool tip about the smell of garlic on hands: After you finished cutting the garlic, with any of the two sides of the knife's blade rub any part of your fingers that came in contact with the garlic (even between fingers). Do it for 5 or 10 seconds and then wash your hands. That my friend, will keep your fingers from smelling like garlic, even that day. Tell me later if it worked and careful not cutting yourself❤.

You could blanch your brussles. Then sauté. (Add your garlic two minutes out from end of cooking - garlic (and soy sauce) burn quickly because of the natural sugars in garlic)

You'll either want to let it thaw over night in the fridge or run it under cold water for around an hour or so before you microwave it.
