    Love this idea for meals after training, I’m a salmon girl fo sho! Friendly tip: my husband and I wear black nitrile gloves when we prep ingredients, helps a lot with avoiding the garlic or onion smell. Sometimes we make curry and that stains HELLA. Thank you for your videos, they’re inspiring me to keep going 💪🏼

    Hey Diana! Very delicious recipe😋🤤.
    And girl, a really cool tip about the smell of garlic on hands:
    After you finished cutting the garlic, with any of the two sides of the knife's blade rub any part of your fingers that came in contact with the garlic (even between fingers). Do it for 5 or 10 seconds and then wash your hands. That my friend, will keep your fingers from smelling like garlic, even that day.
    Tell me later if it worked and careful not cutting yourself❤.

    You could blanch your brussles. Then sauté. (Add your garlic two minutes out from end of cooking - garlic (and soy sauce) burn quickly because of the natural sugars in garlic)

    Very good video, I want to make this! Quick question, you mentioned you keep 3 of the containers in the fridge and 2 in the freezer, when do you take out the ones in the freezer? Can you explain how you go about eating those? I'm a guy and I'm not the most knowledgeable cook so sorry if it's a dumb or basic question lol.

      You'll either want to let it thaw over night in the fridge or run it under cold water for around an hour or so before you microwave it.
