Typography has always been a bit tricky for me fonts, contrast, colors & etc I have gotten a little better but it's still a struggle so thank u for making a video on it giving great tips & advice
I love your videos! Concise, focused and easily understandable! Thanks for all the content and awesome tricks and tips! I'm in my first year as a graphic designer and can't wait to keep applying all the new tips I get from your vids!
Hi mr satori (i guess) im from srilanka and im beginer level designer this channel is great help for me and im leraned many things with that ! love your channel and your contents/editing/presenting is best !!!
Thank u soooo much... i ws waiting fr th font video... its been great help.. The links you suggested in th description are awesome... its been a big help..😊
1.26 Is that your design? The image of the court building with the pillars being the letters of Hill. That is one of the best designs I have seen, ever. I suppose it helped that the guy was called Hill. You"d be struggling if he was called Simpson or Satori or anything with lots of S's or G's but it's still awesome.
It's quite orientated around psychology, a lot of graphic design is. It even goes back to business, in that people do not buy something based on logic, they buy things through emotion, and then base it on logic. A lot of graphic design, advertising and business in general, can be based on emotion and psychological.
@@SatoriGraphics THANKS FOR MAKING THOSE VIDEOS. I HAVE INTERESTS IN GRAPHIC DESIGNING BUT I HAD NO TEACHER AND THEN I FOUND YOUR CHANNEL. AND BOOM. I GOT A TEACHER / MASTER IN YOU SIR. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. ALSO THANKS FOR REPLYING ME.
Thank you so much for making such a great and helpful content on Typography. 😊😊Really great video Sarori bro. Now just 25k subs left to reach 100k😍😍😋 Hey buddy do you choose font for your projects yourself or search over web for inspiration??
Yeah 25k to go, and then a nice big old giveaway! I mostly use the main fonts that I know and like, and fit them into the relevant designs. I am open to new fonts though. Have a great day buddy
Is there more "mathematical" way to approach this? Most of the advice I got was in the style of - pick carefully, try to match, just observe and you'll get better in time. Yes, ok, but is there an actual way to analyze the geometry of the logo and find physical characteristics of the logo that would tell you exactly what kind of font would be best match?
DeathMetalBeaver it was’t an insult, please don’t be overly sensitive young Lady. So as to not hurt your precious feelings, you need to do bit of research, and gain experience.
@@DeathMetalBeaver Don't as your previous posts on other group's say's it it all. Back to what I was saying, please apply yourself to learning, life isnt all about simple formulas.
After pairing my fonts, how much should I change it ? Like for my logo , I want to use Bodoni. How much should I change the actual physical traits of each character ? Like the descenders, ascenders, serif...etc? Is it better to keep it close to the original and mess with kerning? I never see this discussed when making a logo with a certain font. Should I just select a font and embellish it a little to make it unique?
I wouldn't do that. When you choose an existing font I would rather leave it as is. If there's a need to change much I would rather use FontForge to design the font as you want it to be.
Check the wide range of links above, including the limited time bundle of 39 fonts and 665 graphics, for $29!! 👌
I've ordered the bundle, thanks :)
Thats awesome Andi, it is a great deal with a lot in there. 39 fonts, but including all of the weights, I think there's 99?? Enjoy!

It is tricky at the start, but the more you research, the more you look at designs, and the more you practice, the better you will become :)
I have been scanning youtube and after literally 4 hours of videos, I got here almost all what I needed it

Hello!!!! A San serif font can be modern elegant and sofisticated? I need to make a logotype with this caracteristic.
can you show us some 3D stuff we can apply to our graphics.
I do not really work on much 3D work, but I will see what I can do ..
Hey would you like to tell me which font have you used in who is your audience text plzz
The thumbnail is Bebas. You can find many font videos on my channel homepage
Lmao my teacher sent me your video link
lol that's pretty cool :P
This is an old old video though
@@SatoriGraphics he just dont wanna teach it himself, man literally dropped 3 video links, told us to draw 3 logos and called it a day
What's the font you use at the end of the video with your channel name?
3:12 font that says "retro" what exactly is that font called? Thank you
A quick question: What is the name of this font? 0:32
Can i use anurati for technology theme?
You can use whatever you want lol. But that font would suit a modern technology type of design for sure, nice one
Sir satori, i don't know what type of font to use, when designing for children
Try playful fonts, lowercase, maybe informal sans serif fonts
@@SatoriGraphics thank you sir

I always feel problem with the fonts choice...
