This is the 3rd video on the psychology in graphic design. In the graphic design tutorial today, I take a look at the various different shapes and lines that you can use for logo designing, and their meaning or psychological connotations. For those that are here for a quick refresher:
    1:03 - Circular
    1:52 - Oval
    2:43 - Square/Rectangle
    3:48 - Vertical Lines
    4:23 - Horizontal Lines
    4:51 - Angled Lines
    5:25 - Curved Lines
    5:47 - How do I apply this?

as a graphic design student i realized that i've made a lot of those decisions intuitive, which of course isn't a bad thing at all. i guess it just happens while sketching because that's when you bring all your associations in. very interesting though to see what's going on subconsciously☺️👍🏻

The even more interesting is, if you apply this theory also to the typography, the font design itself, it still applies.
Fonts with round corners look more welcoming, kind, warm, as the opposite feel more energetic and cold.
