  • Do you want to learn how to make better graphic designs? IN todays video, I show you 5 solid and proven methods to lead the viewers eye around your designs, for better results. As graphic designers, we want to ensure the viewer focuses their attention exactly where we want, and today find out exactly how to do that.
    The 5 tips that I have for you are based around graphic design theories, such as balance in graphic design, and also leadings lines. Now, balance and leadings lines are only 2 of the 5 tips I have for controlling a viewers eye, and resulting in better graphic designs, but do follow along with the entire video, so that you do learn how to make better designs, using theory and techniques within graphic design. I’ve made a video on the use of balance in graphic design before, but leading lines is a new one. However, the other 3 components of the video tutorial are also very crucial.
    If you want to see more graphic design tutorials in this format and on these topics in the future, be sure to let me know down below with a comment. My aim here is to help you all learn graphic design in the easiest possible manner.
    If you found todays video on how to make better graphic designs enjoyable or useful, let me know in the comments section and drop a like on your way out. Subscribe to stay updated to all of my uploads and until next time, design your future today, peace

      @Adisa
      I will be very honest with you and my opinion. I graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1978 and facts and it was extremely difficult to work your way up through the design field. Only a very elite handful of students started out at mid-level jobs. Within one year I was the only student from my class of 30 some individuals to still be employed in the design field. when I retired two years ago I was one of only a handful of people from my entire graduating class that was still in the design field. If you are lucky enough to land a high-paying job in an ad agency in a major urban area it might be worth investment in schooling. But from what I know now schooling costs are astronomical and people go into debt the point where they are never free of it. There are many Financial options available that don't require you getting into debt and I would suggest those and see how you do in the field but I caution you breaking into the design field is extremely difficult at least I know it was when I entered. It is a dog eat dog rat race. Freelancing is an entirely different subject and I freelanced at least 1/3 of my career. But there is a catch to that. To attract great clients that pay well you have to have experience so how do you obtain that except by working your way up. In closing with so many other great careers that are much more future minded unless you are truly truly a great gifted artist and designer and have your heart totally set on getting into the design world I would pick another career.

    @6:35 A nice trick if you want to use mosaic balance is to create a series of simple rules for your shapes. For example, RULE 1: a square overlapping a circle drops the circle out. Rule 2: If an overlapping square is bigger than a circle, then blend (to a formula). Rule 3: Thin black lines always knockout.
    This process creates artificial balance by creating commonality beyond just shape and form, but stylistically.

    I sometimes need the basics Satori, like 2 minutes videos covering each tool in the sidebar AND the Menus.. And then a index / content for your OWN page that we can conveniently search through without getting other tutors videos...
    Cool video made some solid points.. both the Z and asymmetric methods were spot on and note worthy..
    Maybe just highlight this form of tutorial clearer, as intermediate techniques or something..

    • @TECsta76
      @TECsta76 5 лет назад

      A series of to the point videos covering Ai tools, on the sidebar (and menus - should be clear about this)..
      Suppose this will need a Basic, Intermediate and Pro certification depending on how much further explanation the tool requires.
      I.e. Pen Tool, what it does, what its used for and various option.
      Main part of this that you should look into is 'with RUclips development' setting up a index/content for your page (that we can search your channel for) so say you made about 22 small videos (amount of tools in the actual sidebar) and then indexed them so they could be searched for on 'your channel' which wouldn't bring up everyone else's videos..
      🤔
      I felt it was a good point which enriched users RUclips channels..

    I MUST be broken or something. I NEVER look at stuff the way its intended. Take the Z pattern example for example, I looked at the cup of tea first and then I would look up to read the text and then anywhere else to look at the background. I'm trying to learn design and I think I understand now why I can't learn it easily, its simply because I don't see things as intended and so when I design things I think look good they only look good to me because I don't follow designs the way I'm supposed to.
