If you do not have a degree and don't have a portfolio, you will need to maybe work for free for friends/family, or for a client who wants to hire people for free. This way you can work on real life briefs, and then build a portfolio with those projects. Also, always look to improve your skills and get better at design each week. Once you have a good portfolio (your proof of skill), you can start to reach out to potential clients online, social media, and have a website.
Can you answer this, does software matters or it's just the skills what matter, like example using photopea instead of Photoshop or using coraldraw instead of illustrator
It really doesn't matter which software you use, as long as you can do what you need to do. Always use vector programs for logo designs and projects that are better suited for vectors though, of course. But yes, without software skills you cannot design properly. It's like a mechanic, they may know how to build an engine in their minds, but without tool skills, they will find it almost impossible to do. If they learn tricks and workarounds with tools, they will be able to build an engine faster than most people, and in a more efficient way.
Plz answer my question I'm 15 years old girl and I want to learn graphic design so how many years does it take? And how much many should I get when I learnt ?
it depends on the efforts you put in and more practice you do and to master your skills never stop learning. With 100% determination and consistency you can become a good designer within few months
Can you answer my question, can I be considered a graphic designer if I study graphic design without going to a graphic design school? Let's say I learned graphic design by watching you? Thanks
Have you received a Graphic Design certificate that has been Graphically Designed? Or so you have a Graphic Design portofolio that you Graphically Designed and display your work as a Graphic Designer?
Yes of course. I dropped out of university in my 2nd year. As long as someone has a good understanding of things and a portfolio to back it up, that's what matters most. Having a degree just opens the door to more job opportunities than without
