- This is a mini graphic design course based around typography essentials. We don't look at the extreme basics here, so things like what is a serif, or what is the x-height isn't covered in the course itself. However, we look at practical and useful techniques or tips when using typography in your graphic design workflows or projects.
The graphic design course basically takes you from choosing a typeface or typefaces, gets you thinking about the kind of typography you need on a design, then how to use hierarchy and font pair, along with layout in regard to that typography. It's sort of like a process that you move along with, and then end up with great typography as an end result. And at the latter stages of this course, we put everything together into one design demonstration, just to see how it would look on an actual design.

Hey, Satori! I watch you for over a year now, and really like the content.
I want to suggest you to not name videos like that. As I can see, the algorithm doesn’t much like it too.
Please, make it less cheesy, and more professional. I suggest making series from each category. Like:” typography tips you didn’t know part #17”. Because, when you make it sound exhaustive, it radiates ingenuity. Good luck.

Teaching such an advanced level of graphic designing and then presenting it in front of people by creating such beautiful animated videos that are so pleasing to watch and that people learn so quickly. It depends on if you have a passion for it. Package design is quite niche, and so you need to be really good at it. I think it's also good because we will always need packaging in some way shape or form.

Hi Tom, how do you send a logo to a client as a vector? I mean what does the file look like in layers, are the layers are editable? If so, what if a designer from the client's side spoil it?
