Liked, yes, there is problem with picking the garbage up as far as cleaning street ans sidewalks, dog owners don't pick up after them self, is the way things roll, not only in Mexico, but all central america, regards from Boston MA!!
It was like that in Houston as well as far as trash and dog poop, so it’s not abnormal to me for that reason🙃
