I usually hate loft apartments but this one was sooo nice. It’s not like the average million dollar home. It looks warm and cozy rather than like an art gallery that is more for show than for living. This is definitely my favorite thus far!!😍❤️
The only changes I'd want out of this place is a proper second floor where the master bedroom suite is (with an actual tub as well), and maybe a little lounge area. Otherwise this is fantastic.
@@dbstewart86 Master bedroom is the biggest disappointment. It lacks the rustic feel of the rest especially with no brick wall...
Same, so many luxury apartments are dressed with white paint, glass, modern, etc. that makes them feel sterile museums. THIS is more of my taste. Embracing rawness, grounded, and rustic with a touch of sophistication.
Rez yeah. This apartment is awesome. Definitely a place that’s spacious, but also feels like a home to live in. I really love the exposed brick.

I imagined a small game company, that living and dinning room is for the designers/programmers the kitchen remained the same and the bathroom on the first floor. Either the reading room would be changed into a sever room or kept as the reading room which could also be a waiting room. The Guest bedroom would probably become storage. Moving through the brick arc-ways instead of the private family/TV room, it would be the receptionist desk because both of the kids bedrooms would just become two offices. Bedroom2 for Lead designer/Lead programmer or both, while Bedroom 3 would be a conference room. I thought the Master bed would be great for the server room since it has all of the extra space and storage with private bathrooom for the technicians that would be in there. Last but not forgotten the solarium would turn into my office, for the CEO/Founder. Of course that railing would be replace with an actual wall for privacy.

Duuuude that upstairs loft office is INCREDIBLE! I truly love this place! That main room with the living room, dining room, and kitchen is so epic! That's gotta be like 30x30 feet or even like 40x40 feet! Just humongous!

I love loft apartments. This one is especially fine. The exposed brick is to be expected in a loft but the arches and steel doors are serendipitous. Ryan said what I was thinking when he suggested that the loft would be ideal for a SoCal resident looking for a NY pad. Good work guys. I hope to see more of this sort of thing.
I guess reading room is what we’re calling a library now. I love it. Perfect for my collection of first editions.

So my very goal in life is having at least a 1million apartment. XD
Shoot for a stand alone or townhouse for $1,000,000. Property value is much more stable that way. Also, speaking from personal experience, living in a shared building gets old after a while. EDIT: The only reason why I say that is because even with $1m, your home will be a overwhelmingly large portion of equity in your total wealth. In 15-30 years when your mortgage is paid off the building can be unkempt and no longer desirable for million dollar buyers i.e. you paid $1m for your home but now your home is worth less than what you paid for it.
This is simply beautiful, the best apartment on your channel.

what would you put in the apartment?
I had my heart set on a single family townhouse on Gramercy Park (with a key of course). Then a townhouse on the UES. But I might be persuaded to take this loft instead. It sure is nice.. In the meantime I'll keep buying those lotto tickets.
