I realize that everybody has different tastes. But for me, this is a home run. Absolutely stunning in almost every respect. I'd probably let them take the lettering over the door. But everything else, I'd leave the same. Probably too much to hope that the booze is included in the sale price.
So stunning and exquisite. I love lofts and this one is just beautiful, so well laid out everything is in its place and nothing overflows. And the most important thing for me, who loves reading so much, "the library"...it's a detail that we tend to forget in the new luxury apartments that cost so much, and I find that sad. I REALLY LOVED THIS LOFT...A REAL WORK OF ART.❤
Absolutely the best. I have seen lots of videos like this and so many of them miss the mark. This is ideal. I love the color scheme. I love the wood. I love the design.
Just by googling the building to see the facade, the location, the space of this condo, the family room interior design, the natural light that comes in, and high ceilings I can say this is the best. The kitchen... not great, it looks like a 90s early 00s kitchen, although it blends well, but I think the designer could've made a bold statement with it.
This type of video is always pleasant to the extent that we can let our imagination run wild. What change would we make if it was all ours? If we could add rooms, a floor, stairs, a solarium, etc... one thing is certain, the podium located in the living room, near the windows, would certainly be a huge whirlpool bath!
is nice but I don't like new york to noicy cause of the car horns, even the apartments are facing each other no privacy, you pay a lot of money but you are faced with another tenant! I was in Tokyo once and no one use the car hornes was amazing!
@@mrvk39, no. With exception of the electrical appliances which are modern, this is exactly how the Rich lived in the Sixties and Seventies, with a step-up elevated platform in their living room, old windows opening and closing vertically, excessive amount of wood, etc
Serhant is a salesman. Every property is amazing and the best I’ve ever seen blah blah, I take what he says with a grain of salt, they’re normally the same bland staged cookie cut out style. This actually is a cut above the rest. Too much wood can look a bit ski lodgy but this avoids that. 👍🏽
Does penultimate mean something different? The place looks nice, but also feels very dated - that kitchen, all the darker wood. I do like the place, but would require a fair amount of work...surely?
"Penultimate" doesn't mean superlative as you are using it. It actually means "second to last." Just thought you might want to avoid using that word incorrectly in future videos.
This man is a drama queen. Everything he points to and states looks out of this world is mediocre. This is the kind or salesman’s that will tell you “look at this amazing never seen before white wall… it is spectacular” that loft looks just alike any regular loft somewhere in Indonesia.
This condo is a work of art, a dream home, warm and calming and oh my God I want to live there. Door and library is my favorite.
0:02 Penultimate means not quite the ultimate. I feel like the word you wanted here was "quintessential". Otherwise - fantastic vid as always!
Realtors are always a clown show lol
Ryan has a habit of misusing the word "penultimate". I've noticed it in other videos, too.
Ryan, I’ve watched all your amazing listings- but this one blew me away!!! I love every crevice and corner of this incredible loft!!! This is IT!! ❤❤

That’s a good point about the liquor…there’s a small fortune one those shelves!!!

THIS LOFT IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!! I love EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!
What a lovely cozy home.
This is what people picture when you say you live in New York. Insane.
That is a fact!
If this is the penultimate nyc loft, I really need to see the one that surpasses it.
Perfection. Again! ❤
Absolutely the best. I have seen lots of videos like this and so many of them miss the mark. This is ideal. I love the color scheme. I love the wood. I love the design.
Amazing listing! Good luck Mr. Serhant🎉
It's so nice to see a loft that hasn't been painted blinding white.
Beautiful home. Great video. But FYI, penultimate means second to last, which I don’t think was the message you were trying to convey.
I could see living in that oasis. Artists all around and a city to immerse myself in.
This loft is unbelievable
And no one wears a suit better than you Mr 6'3

I’d just rip that kitchen out tbh and put in one that feels like “me”
Agree. I love wood in a kitchen, but that's done in a really dated way. Otherwise, tremendous place!
love the simple Nike socks!
The intro music made me think of the beginning of a James Bond movie LOL
Pleasure; 😍
intrañce in the field in honor badge.379 in the period of build in work method;😍
I love that despite how successful Ryan is, he still wears nike socks with his dress shoes like the rest of us

what an insaneproperty this is... perfection this is... i want it
Wow, that's incredible
This may be the first home in New York, that I’ve actually want to buy right now!!!
The ultimate dream😮!🙌👌
This is 🔥 Ryan is the man king of New York baby 💙
I've seen the floor plans. Can't find a utility room. Where do they do laundry?
Ohhhhh amazone Ryan!!!! You are the best man!!!!
Soooo cool😊
well.. the kitchen def needs an update to 2023..
I like your passion
Penultimate soho loft??? The next to last soho loft?
can't see laying in my bed staring at bathroom fixtures LMAO
does anyone know what kind of wood that is in the apartment
Only in my dreams!
I would be in heaven, just having a soaking tub. 😂
Still for sale $8.9 mill a year later. That's around $70,000 a month on a 30 year loan. Pretty cheap by NYC standards.
Thank you. Apparently he likes to keep the prices a secret.
How much???
very nice and interesting design
The question is: Why would anyone want to sell this masterpiece?
Who is the architect or interior designer pleaseee!!???
Penultimate means second to last. Not sure if that’s what Ryan meant. Great videos though
I like the dude on the bed at 7:01
that place is fucking amazing
HOW MUCH
You remind me a lot of Timothy Olyphant's character in A Man Apart with Vin Diesel.
I like this a lot though that library is more of a bar with books in it.
Loft needs a better view, than to other apartments and businesses.
Why don't you ever mention the price ??
9.45 million it took seconds to find, as I watched.
Complete misuse of Penultimate right out of the gate
dalmore,good taste
7:14 dude in the back

So Sixties' style, but yet so beautiful
more like 90s to early 2000s..

@@newmankidman5763 yes. This was updated in the 1990s. And there is nothing specific to the 60s and 70s with the use of wood or elevated platforms.
@@mrvk39, we are going to have to agree to disagree
@@newmankidman5763 it's fine :)
Where the hell are his shoes?
Can't think of it
4 bedroom including master
Great space. That kitchen belongs in a 90s homestead though.Way too hunting lodge.
This guy reminds me of Anthony Jeselnik 😂
but way less interesting. big creep vibe
I'm familiar with the flat iron building, but WTF is a cast iron building?

Nothing says pretentious like displaying wine.

9.45 million for a 2 bed. The world is officially done.
Its 6 rooms, I think the family that stays there just opted to make 2 bedrooms instead of 5 or 6
bro moving in slow mo
As a 27 years old Bachelor... this is my vibes here... it's perfect but just looking at it... I know its over 5 mill and for that reason. I'm out
I couldn’t wait for you to tell me you’re 6’3…(again)
..I find it incomprehensible that some people's dream home has seating for dozens- being alone must be total hell for them.
FRM
This could be great if NYC wasn't such a mess.
Horrendously tacky door but apart from that, totally smitten...it oozes class...

This is a stunning loft, but it makes no sense to pay almost 10 million dollars for a condo that doesn't have a doorman.
I always put it on Mute when I watch this superphish ego maniac ...
A little too much drama in the presentation. And put some socks on . . .
thats not what "penultimate" means
It's beautiful, but the endless talking is unnecessary
Интерьер устарел лет на 30
Is this the way you talk to clients in real life? I think it's a bit creepy.
Serhant doesnt know what penultimate means
Bifurcate… That’s copious language my friend.
아이고 이 넓은집에 겨우 방이 두개네요.
My goodness - the over-done drama here.
