When did you order? I ordered April 23rd and it's saying my delivery date somewhere between June 14th and June 30th. I'm in AZ and I think east coast deliveries are first.
So I got pretty lucky I ordered on may 18th and took delivery may 22nd! I’m going to make a video about my whole ordering process so stay tuned thanks for watching

Tesla's worse than mediocre customer support. My personal experience is that Tesla attempts to funnel all contact through their mobile app. If, and that is IF, you connect with someone via the app it will be a local service center. There is no customer support above that. My Model 3 delivered May 1 was in for repair May 27 and is still not complete as of June 9. Seeing that Tesla is selling every Model 3 it can produce, they have no incentive to provide customer support after sales.
Wow sorry to hear that hopefully they improve on their customer support. Thanks for the comment I hope I don’t have to go through a situation like that

I ordered may 18th and I got lucky because I took delivery of a car that was already ready just 4 days after I ordered!

Same here I ordered April 22nd and still haven't received a VIN# my date keeps changing but now says June 11th to the 30th
