    You are a wonderful teacher.All I need do is think of the lesson you gave and I remember more easily.
    But please explain to viewers that 'ma' is to form a question for 'yes' or 'no' answer.

    Michelle, I wish I'd found you sooner! I think you are one of the best (and there are many) teachers out there. You have a quality most don't have: you seem to be able to see/hear through the eyes of your learners. Great Job!

    i learned a bit of mandarin and i realize the chinese letters are a bit different from what i'm used to. for me i learned che as 车. how come it's different in the video? and 电视 looks different too. are you using cantonese letters?

      she often uses traditional instead of simplified characters. Taiwanese Mandarin speakers write like this, although I'm not sure where she's from.

      Wow! Thanks again. I think it is easier speak Chinese than writing it. These draws are very hard to do, just taking a look at and to understand. I think to draw it needs a bit more time than to learn to speak. Any way, I am learning and I love Chinese language and I pretend speak Chinese with my Chinese friends, whose live in Taiwan. One day, I will!

    • @learnchinesewithmichelle9495
      @learnchinesewithmichelle9495  8 лет назад

      Yes it's a lot easier to speak than writing characters. Native Chinese speakers learnt how to write characters at school, a lot of pain lol

    • @Travelinguist
      @Travelinguist 6 лет назад +1

      Jose Semino trust me it's not hard. I'm 14 years old and I have been studying Chinese for almost a month now and I can say once you understand Chinese sentence structures and just input the words you know into it, it can be easier than english in my opinion.

    Thanks for the video! By the way, I don't if you noticed, but it looks like the Chinese characters displayed in the video are mixed with Traditional and Simplified Chinese. xD Also, in response to the question:
    我可以吸煙嗎?
    Could I say:
    不可以。 ?
    I mean, that's how I learned it... >
