- Short Review Video of the AEA Element Max 457. The air rifle is capable of more than 400 FPE but, its plus is that it is a really compact hunting focus built rifle. It has plenty of power and plenty of accuracy just for that purpose.

That 457 AEA shot everything really well I'm very impressed .
Awesome review and straight to the point with ammo selection. Just got myself an AEA regulated Super Terminator in .30 cal from BinTech and can’t wait to test it out.

If you do slugs with drive bands such as KRS or Mr. Hollowpoint, you'll pull a lot more FPE. But the NSA's do shoot well though, so always gotta love them.

Thsnks for everything you have done for this sport and bringing it to todays level. Man! I look back at those intial videos that Roachcreek and you both created with Pepsi Challenge. The Scandalous and even the DAQ was very esoteric thing for the very few. You and Doug belong in Airgun Hall of Fame! Yes, there were many other players... But you opened it up to the regular guy. No secret sauce or trickery, you freely shared and documented so muxh on those early TAG forums. You published the recipe.
I am glad to see you reaping rewards and reviewing the latest stuff from a variety of vendors. You have credibility. No industry entity can go wrong bringing you aboard. If they dont listen to you, its their loss. I am living vicariously thru your videos! I just stsrted bringing out my 257 "Dayotat" Condor after a length of inactivity. Man there are only so many projects that are practical for a person to do! LoL😮
But so glad I completed that Condor! Along with the other AF parts guns I have.... I also really enjoy the Marauder for backyard friendly precise pellet gun shooting. I can stretch it out to nearly 80 yrds off my kitchen table to the very rear of the back yard. Perfect for punching paper at home , or plinking asperin tablets glued to a phone book!
I gotta a challenge for you!!! How about blasting the bullseye of a target thru the center of a lifesaver without breaking the candy? I have yet to do it with the 25 but the .177 has come close at 40yrds! But close doesnt count except for horse shoes or hsnd grenades or thermonuclear!

At 3:34 where you talk about the folding stock. I think you can replace that with a bottle (300cc)

I got the .510 because I have two other rifles in .510 , the Umarex Hammer and the Texan LSS . I like to compare the power of them . Unfortunately , the Hammer sprung a leak and the air comes right out. 😢

I want to get an AEA Element Max and convert it to 6mm... I don't know why... If AEA wants to do a folding system- they should uh... "copy" what KRG does with their folding set up... I don't think it would add TOO much, and it could be an option- a folder and a non-folder. THAT would probably be a better thing... Of course, NOW I'm thinking of getting one of these and making my own KRG folding system... Dang it Tofaz!
Hey man, it defintely has a ton of valve for a conversion. 6mm would be bomb as plenty of barrels and bullet molds are available. I've considered 6mm. So much so, you will SEE A NEW BUILD SOON!
What was the psi on the 3 shots with the 196 grain slugs?

Folding stocks are OK for storage, but I don't see any other need for it on an air rifle.
