The exhaust is 2011-12 Roush Axel Backs with square tips. The square tips require the ROUSH rear valance. Roush Axel Backs are also avaiable with Round Tips for the stock 2011-13 rear valance.
incebu: We can tune it both ways but, we like it tuned by ROUSH first. dedone03: We engineered this package with our pulley and calibration to stay within the limits of the stock engine. I would not recomend going much higher than this package on the stock motor. Of course, with any supercharger you run a risk of engine damage, and if you are not comfortable with this power level, we have other packages that come in lower.
Roush cars come with the Illuminator block which has upgraded internals. While I would love to add this supercharger to my Coyote, I'm extremely concerned with longevity issues since you're now boosting weaker pistons and rods as compared to the ones in the Illuminator.
+Dominic Toretto The ford coyote motor (internals) is good for 600 rwhp and up to 9.0 psi of boost(safe), anything above that is bad. If you stay around these number then you should not have anything to worry about . These numbers were given to me by respected ford tuners. You can do your own research.

can you take a bone stock 2014 5.0 mustang gt and put the roush supercharger on it? Curious to know because I have a bone stock mustang gt and the supercharger is the only really mod I'm looking to get.
Thanks for watching. We always like to address cooling mods when adding this kind of power. With Roush superchargers, on the dyno the results on pull 2 and 3 are pretty close, so as far as heat soak goes the Roush is very good at not soaking too much. But they all do to some extent.
will this kit be safe for my stock 11:1 compression ratio gt. what to supercharge but i now that is a lot of compression for force induction. o yeah my stang is completely stock
The larger idler pulley takes up the belt slack when using a smaller supercharger pulley. So on this kit you can keep the stock Roush belt and just change the idler. Thanks for watching!!
All years are slightly different but roughly May 2022 around $1400-$1600 on most and that includes dyno graphs but if you want an exact quote you email quote@brenspeed.com for current pricing for your exact vehicle....

How much would it cost to upgrade the internals and rods if you had a shop do it?

Yep, pretty safe.
Why is the Brenspeed Mustang almost 400lbs heavier than a stock '11-'13 5.0?
The supercharger and suspension mods
What will it do in the 1/4 mile with street tires on?
Don we never tested it with street tires, we always run a set of Mickey Thompson drag radials on the back.
Why is there a larger idler pulley on this car?
The larger idler pulley takes up the belt slack when using a smaller supercharger pulley. So on this kit you can keep the stock Roush belt and just change the idler. Thanks for watching!!

What's the PSI on this setup?
Probably close to 10psi
Because obviously the supercharger isn't weightless
Hey guys. I just wanted to ask you...how much boost can u run before u start to detonate?
All depends on the tune, and 93 octain or not.
What about engine reliability?
How many miles can I get out of a stock coyote with this?
6yrs later, he didn't answer....
@@carstuff4u942 probably because what a dumb question
how does 650hp not sound like that much? haha.
Supercharger don't weigh no damn 400 lbs either....so...whats the deal
