Can you do vegetarian versions of some of your recipes? I love your food. I'm pesceterian. Alot of your meals are meat based. Some times I make your recipes but substitute with seafood or vegetables like mushroom and potatoes

What are you talking about. All the ingredients she showing is literally right their. The poblano, Serrano peppers, garlic, onion, salt, corn, bell pepper, cooking oil. And pretty sure she put it in the oven for at least 10 to 15 minutes on 350. There is literally nothing to it. And their is the rice she cooked and, that’s cake. This is literally one of the best detailed cooking videos that I seen.
