    This guy comes across so genuine. He's not playing word game, give straight answers and that is so refreshing. this is why ur pod sticks out. you get real people not the flash and buzz words guys.

    While I get that a market rent is the fair price, this guest’s statement that mom and pop shops should shut down because they can’t afford rent is a reason we see so much vacancy and recessionary issues, and the strategy could backfire long term. At a minimum, the Gordon Gecko lack of empathy was not becoming.
    Of course I’m an e-commerce entrepreneur and this isn’t my core focus area, but just my outside perspective.
