Great project. Do you seal the concrete after? Just wondering if stains like coffee leave a mark.

Very nice table, I really like it.
Most people dont realize how much strength the wood glue adds to the joints.
Gluing joints is several times stronger than the screws alone and a LOT stronger than nails.
If this table were not supporting a somewhat hazardous weight, the screws would be completely un necessary.
Which store did you find that stone at? I cant find it at the orange or blue big box.
    Please post more great work!

Thank you! And you're right, good glue is stronger that the wood itself. The one i used in this build is a fast dry wood glue, but for interior. My deck is covered so it won't rain on my table but if so I'm now sure how the interior wood glue would hold, screw are for a safety in this case. I bought mine at a Rona store ( canada only ) , it's a Lowes Division, not sure if they have this in stock in lowes stores, but I saw similar models on their website. Thanks for taking the time to comment :)

@@SEBTECHDIY Tightbond III is an excellent waterproof glue. I made several end grain cutting boards which I've been using for years, and they are still completely perfect.
