Just had a thought the incomplete decks are most likely missing the rules card which ties into Sae’s cognition of the courtroom being a rigged casino the rules of fair play literally thrown out. If the monocle is an intended reference to Lupin and thus Arsène and Joker could the drugs be affecting his memories so he’s mixing up himself in the casino or it could just be overlap because he’s named after a playing card and it’s a casino.
I think the primary reason the politicians in this game don't ever actually state their policies is because the Devs didn't want to risk either being too topical or possibly even too dated.
Which is smart for sure. Personally if I experience a story and I end up knowing your politics the writer did their job wrong. I'm more interested in philosophy. But it's also something I'm sure we have all noticed irl as well.
I do think Crow is mainly white in reference to Apollo’s crow. Akechi has been getting burned for giving messages his audience doesn’t want to hear. I also think it’s in reference to Phantom Thief Corbeau (French for Crow.) from Magic Kaito Who also is associated with Apollo’s crow. (It’s actually a clue to Corbeau’s identity but unfortunately can’t explain why without sounding completely unhinged to someone unfamiliar with the franchise.)

And thus we have unlocked all social links!! Hurray!
Finally working towards completion on it. I feel like I'm rushing now
