How To Make A Square Buttercream Cake Using Acrylics

We've been on a square cake kick around here. I was pretty happy with how the upside-down technique worked for getting sharp edges on my square cakes but you guys wanted to see a video using square acrylics too! So here it is! You tell me which way you think is better!
