How to Use Acrylic Discs

    I use a foam board the same size as the acrylic disc on the bottom to avoid having to remove the bottom acrylic. Also, instead of parchment paper I use press n seal to cover the top acrylic, it makes it easier to remove and gives a smother surface

    Thanks for this video. I wrap the top disc in Glad Press n Seal. Firstly, I put crisco on that disc and this makes it remove easily later. I find that top of doesn’t need the extra touch up work needed if you use this method of attaching the top disc.

    I think you do just as well without the discs. I'm not a professional but I love cake, perfect edges or not. lol
