I usually like to wait until after the Holiday energy buzz to start on my goals and stuff. I get so drained during the Holidays and having Birthdays (including my own) so I just rest and recuperate for January. Just because everyone else is doing it at the same time, doesn’t mean you have to do it at the same time! ❤

You have definitely motivated me in 2023 to work more on my beauty and fitness goals. I work out 3 days a week now, invest in my hair, nails and fashion more and started manifesting which helps me tremendously as a used to be constantly stressed out journalist and YT creator. My biggest goal for 2024 ist doing daily affirmations, becoming a positive person and having a whole „books Ive read“ pile at the end of the year 🎀 Thank you for all your help :)
I'D DEFINITELY LOVE THIS. This is what I need. Having to cut off people, things, or habits was so hard for me, but I realized that that's what I needed to grow outside my box and this is my year to do that. Thank you Fernanda 💓

The long form content vs doomscrolling is definitely something I want to fully shift into. It’s so easy to watch calming podcasts, documentaries, video essays at work but when I’m home all my brain wants is tiktok 😅

Hi Fernanda! Love your podcast so much and have been listening to it since last summer. Just love what you said about being able to party without alcohol. I am a 17 year old girl who has seen how it really ruins people sometimes and I have always tried to spread the world about that you can have a party and have fun without drinking. Haha - I also am a book collector!! I no joke have over 400 books (I actually counted them) and I get about 1-2 chapters in before getting too excited about starting another book. I also am self diagnosing ADD tendencies 😂

I want to share with you a problem / insecurities.
I love clicking photos, Videos just like you. I want to do modeling too. So, 5yrs ago there was a group a people in my schl who used to hate me for no reason. They found my personal insta account that time my account was public. So they saved my photos and made fake account and tried to interact with my other friends. It was so scary. I'm an Indian, so when I told my dad about that he became so angry he beat me so bad. Still now I feel scare. I don't post my face on social media. (Full face, what if that happen again? )
And yes. I know some people told me to complain in cybercrime . But i dont know how to do it. And what to do.
Please help me if you can.

Something that is better then doomscrolling is following creators live on twitch. Its more personal. I also want to watch a vew youtubers, but its all young people stuff or just hate videos 😂 I am also going to be lisening to music more instead of watching content.
