@Sofia Sofi no one can teach you anything until you let go of your prejudice and inferiority complex that you have the need to diminish others because you can't accept the truth, would we listen to you? How to be hot and confident? - ever wondered what we actually speaking about? How to be lusted for and fornicated on. - is there any way mankind could be more sick or was the limit reached? Whom there is of risk to mate for? THE TARES whom are to the public known as the "lizard people" , the aliens . Biblically are they known as: the tares the fallen angels the Nephilim's There are not just humans out there. Earth is much crazier place then that.
      ruclips.net/p/PLHYOKu9d9bz5azWnKymBiZMO_braY0AVr
Rather then hot and confident, humble is what we must become.
Souls, know and understand these bible verses:
      1 Corinthians 6:18
Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
      Acts 15:29
That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.
      1 Corinthians 5:1
It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father's wife.
      Acts 15:20
But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.
      Acts 21:25
As touching the Gentiles which believe, we have written and concluded that they observe no such thing, save only that they keep themselves from things offered to idols, and from blood, and from strangled, and from fornication.
      1 Thessalonians 4:3
For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication:
In shot, all the one night stand, you all practice, ain`t even with a human being.
And abut the timeline, we live in, GOD clears out that there be time, in which:
      Luke 23:29
For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the paps which never gave suck.

JESUS CHRIST is LORD and He loved us while we were still sinners to die for our sins and be raised from the grave for our justification as the sinless, perfect Lamb of GOD, Who takes away the sin of the world, fulfilling the righteousness that the law requires, which we, sinners by nature, could never fulfill. for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of GOD. however in this present age, we may now be saved by the grace of GOD through faith in Him alone, followed by the act of repentance or the turning away from all of our sins. we must be born again. liz….you are a lifesaver. i had always been uncomfortable around large groups of people and was terrified of giving any kinds of speeches. today when i had to present something for a coding event, i was so nervous i felt nauseous. but i remembered your words about questioning if this was what the highest version of myself would do. and yes it was. so i gave all the confidence i had and delivered a steady pitch about my app. it was extremely intimidating as i was merely a beginner amongst a sea of experts. but i didn’t feel embarrassed, because i knew i was growing through this experience, and it was what the highest version of myself would do. i was still a little uneasy and my hands were shaking uncontrollably afterwards, but i knew that this discomfort was a good thing. because its a sign i am stepping out of my comfort zone and it is the beginning of something great. i am going to sign up for another event right now, even though i am still equally as intimidated, because i know it’s the only way i will grow and can achieve my goals. thank you liz. much love xx

I'm currently trying to overcome my social anxiety. I found out about this channel about a month ago when I was in a rut. This summer was one of the worst depressive episodes i've had in a minute and it made me feel like I was a loser and a failure. I constantly was comparing myself to my older sister, was comparing myself to my peers, comparing myself to those younger than me and became obsessive over my appearance. I hated going outside, I hated social interactions. Leaving my room felt like a death sentence and don't even get me started on my personal hygiene lol. I had NO energy and I would wake up feeling so tired. Writing my manuscript felt like a chore and I am a passionate writer with a vision to make it big in this world.
i HAD to get a grip, and before you say 'you can't just snap out of mental illness.' I get it I've been there. It was a shitty process and I'm still going through the process. I started praying again and getting closer to God. I changed my medication and psychiatrist. I changed my perspective on life. I realized what I can do is enough for me and I do NOT have to prove myself to others. I don't have to sacrifice myself just for other's comfort etc. I do not have to conform to society's expectations of me. This realization took YEARS.
    Liz is correct.
No one cares. I used to feel like everyone was looking at me and judging me negatively. I used to go to the extent of memorizing and practicing how I should move in public out of fear of being laughed at. Honestly, none of this matters in the grand scheme of things. Just be yourself, try doing things you alone enjoy, but do not burn yourself out, do what makes you happy, rest, drink water, and listen to your body and your mind.
    Amazing video!!

I was thinking of wearing hijab for a long time , but all the time I just said to myself, *no no I'm not ready , I'm still not comfortable* then just suddenly one day I realized if I wait to be comfortable I would never be able to be comfortable, I have to be uncomfortable and push myself in order to be comfortable*.

You have a lot of good advice and awareness to spread. Through your own experiences your helping others have self confidence. When you grow up with trauma, it’s truly so ingrained, it’s hard to know which part of that is even you or true in any way. Put yourself on a pedestal first because it’s not selfishness, its love, respect, compassion and empathy for yourself. Especially when you’ve been raised to not see how special you are💜

    17 year old male here.
I'm honestly still trying to find my place. I've internalized the bullying I've received for years and see myself as a loser because that's what I've always been told.
Rewiring that horrible kind of mindset is one of the hardest things Ive gone through and this video is so helpful to me.
One of the things that helps is looking at myself in the mirror and flexing, standing with perfect posture, seeing myself as someone ELSE, a sort of alter ego. I take my glasses off to blur it, to help imagine myself as someone else. In that moment I force myself to see myself as someone else, someone's who's confident and carries himself highly.
When I'm in public and start to feel low of myself, I keep the image of the person I saw in that mirror and remember who I am.

I started working out by myself in August and after my first day I felt like I won't be able to get up from the bed for a week, the second day, it was more horrible because I had to work out with my sore muscles. Slowly after a month I felt used to it. Instead of my mind telling me 'It's hard, you can't do it, just give up' it started telling me that 'This is my 'me' time, this is where my comfort zone lies'. Now even if I am sitting somewhere I just randomly start doing exercises or stretches because now it feels good. Thank you so much for making me realize this again ❤

Unable to forgive myself for my mindset and unable to forgive my body for feeling like it betrayed me. @shariya. 2 года назад +2

@@walkingeverywhere4k831 well i feel like the main reason that she makes these videos is because she loves helping and motivating people (such a queen 👑) she literally puts in so much effort just because she wants us to become the best version of ourselves. and to be honest she really did change my life. now she is such a successful person and money fame and love will come along with being successful. she literally doesn't need to worry about other motives because she is doing what she loves and following her heart and the rest comes along with it (money, fame, love etc..) and she also puts in her 100% in making these videos. my point is that if we set our mind into something that we really want or a goal or our passion we automatically will do well in that area because we have interest in it and if we have interest in it we will put our 100% and achieve success and with success comes fame & money & love

Ended up not returning to work because we were sick nonstop. She just started kindergarten and thankfully hasn't been sick. I started my resume and looking for work. I NEEDED this video. Sadly for many people it's something out of the question
    Don't be like these people
    If you're struggling with change
