Nice video, thanks. Two suggestions, motor mount washer, 4x and red lock-tite for the pinion. Without the c-clip, it will get loose with blue lock-tite🤙🏼
@@redbanditracing oh yes you right that makes sense hahaha I run 23/44 on my Xmaxx Ultimate that thing is a monster with that gear setup stock motor stock esc just upgraded protek rc 35mm fans they go in factory spot never have any overheating at all.

I would definitely go with 7075 upper bulkheads they hold the differential better in place.

That’s weird the size pinion on your xmaxx I’ve repaired 6 xmaxx and they all had 18 tooth one from factory
The X-MAXX 8s, they changed the gearing to compensate for the belted tires.
