If you do decide to purchase the game here's a detailed review of the DLC options to give you even more Frostpunk. Even when not playing Frostpunk I'm constantly thinking "I should have done this" or "I'm going to try that next time", all with the soundtrack at the back of my mind. A genuinely awesome (harrowing!) experience I recommend you try.
I agree its a great game, What i would like to have in Frostpunk 2, More law books. Maybe different civiliziations with different perks. So that strategy becomes more important. I could also see a multiplayer option where the goal is to make your opponents civilization riot, steal their recources or find other ways to win the game. While the storms continue.
@@pr0use all of those would be an awesome expansion of the original Frostpunk. I did find the laws became repetitive after multiple playthroughs so I hope they mix it up without losing what made Frostpunk special / horrific!
One of the greatest OST's ever made. Not some 4 hour ambient dump, a true modern classical composition. One of the greatest tutorials as well. You're never lost. Your decisions are transparent and easy to understand. Allocation choices always make sense. I think it's one of the best advancements in UI's in a long time. There are so many games I can't be bothered playing because their UI is so bad. You can pick this game up any time and drop 20-80 hours easily. I imagine I'll continue doing so for years to come unless FP2 blows it out of the water.
I'm glad to see you appreciate the soundtrack, I know some people don't care about music but it's so important for immersion and Frost punk takes it to another level! I listen to the soundtrack while I'm working, it's that good!
The answer is always YES when it comes to FrostPunk. They perfectly captured the feeling of desperation, grime, and despair not only with the graphics, but also with the soundtrack. The DLC that added building the generator in Endless mode, and The Last Autumn scenario was the cherry on top of an already perfect game. If FrostPunk 2 somehow fails, it won’t really matter, because this one is perfect.
....Just played frostpunk for the first time today.... First day kept generator off they should be fine right!? Used over work to stock up on coal more so I can turn it on tomorrow with decent stock. nope 20 people died first night. I immediately noticed the difference in gathering and everything else i might not start over but tempted

I'm glad to hear it! Have you played through the main story a few times? The only criticism I hear from some players is the lack of replayability. I don't think it's that bad, but others seem to.
@@twiglets2 in my opinion I think each playthrough is gonna be a little different than the last what with all the options of building order. What I definitely do know that whenever we get into the colder months of the year I'll camp on this game :)
really depends how you play it i mostly play endless and ignore the stories so i like the whole process of building painfully efficient cities against all odds
Hmmm games like Halo Wars....I guess it depends what you like about Halo Wars. It's an easy game to pick up, so if you don't mind a WW2 setting then Sudden Strike 4 is similar to Halo Wars, in terms of the controls and the missions etc. If it's more the futuristic setting you're looking for there's a new game for Starship Troopers Terran Command that's getting good reviews at the moment!
Why not indeed! Even if you did just the one playthrough to experience the story it'd be worth it. But there is a fair amount of replayability in there too. Enjoy!
In my opinion Frostpunk is in the top 10 games of all time for its world building and storytelling mixed with simple yet complex gameplay with just enough variety to keep you engaged forever.
It’s just a whole different type of game it’s something that no game has rivalled with. It’s concept that hasn’t been explored much yet and they hit it out of the ballpark, it’s just a game that is amazing to experience even is it’s just once
Love this game, out of nowhere like the story of this game…this game is gold and came out swinging felt so connected to it and the dire situations continue with time
this was the comment I was looking for when the video started. I just finished Tropico 5, playing it for the first time. I'm gonna give Frostpunk a try.
Thank you so much, I hope you found it useful and please let me know if there are any other games that deserve this kind of review, more than happy to add suggestions to the list! PS: Your profile picture is terrifying. AK AK AK!
I first loved this game. But damn how frustrating it can be when you think you’ve got it all under control. But then suddenly one thing starts to fail and pulls everyone and everything with it down 😂😅
I know! No matter how much I play I doubt I will ever consider myself good at this game. I was thinking yesterday about what they will do for Frostpunk 2. The first game was a bit limited in scope so I hope they expand it as the story was pretty cool!
@@twiglets2 In frostpunk 2, new mechanics is added, Politics and Factions: You rule over multiple factions being the main governance. Economy: You manage how the economy works and the interactions it has between multiple "factions" through "laws". Depending on the economy, these "factions" act automatically upon their development based on their "wealth" and "culture" influencible by you.
@@BootyRealDreamMurMurs That sounds awesome, has it been confirmed by the developer at all? I hope they don't add too many new layers to the gameplay, more is not always better, but I'm excited to see what they will do! Different factions from around the world would be interesting to see, how their different cultures handle the frozen waste!
Amazing game. I`m usually not a fan of city-builders or survivors. But this is so much more than any genre game. It`s a whole experience. Also makes you wanna come back and beat it on all difficulties. Which at first seems clearly impossible as you struggle through your first campaigns.
I'm the same as you, I believe this was my first survival game and I think other games will always struggle to compete with this. Is there anything in particular you think they should do with Frostpunk 2?
I hope Frostpunk 2 will introduce a campaign that combines all of Frostpunk and its addons into one. Like building the generator and steam cores, founding the city, trading with other, maybe even some conflicts for resources with other settlements. Can't wait.
Amazing. I'm also hoping for other cultures, the original is basically Victorian England dealing with the frost, but how would others have dealt with it across the globe? A chance to mix up books of law and other such mechanics. Maybe even a world map mode taking into account milder / harsher weather. Either way, I'm excited.
Is it worth it ? Yes! If you are a masochist :-P All jokes aside, i have yet to find a city building game that keeps me coming back to it just to master it. At first glance, the game seems simple, but there is so much to it, so much micro managment to do, law combining (especially at higher diffs). I love it, it requires genuine forward thinking and planning.
I was so surprised by the depth of this game and I haven't even scratched the surface! I think the way they present the story keeps an air of mystery that keeps me wanting to come back too, when I first saw Tesla city and my scouts disappeared I was like WHAAAAAAT!
It requires knowing where everything is in each location, and what big weather events come and when. That's the reality. You WILL fail the first time you play this. No way around it. It's a remembering and balancing game.
I like your review format, I've been on the fence for this game quite a fair while now and was unwilling to take the blind leap predominately due to the standard price for the GOTY edition. Now with the sale on steam, I figured I'd look into this game a bit more to ensure I'd not regret jumping in completely blind to the rudimentary mechanics and to confirm my suspicions about whether this game intrigues me enough to sink some spare hours into it when I have them. This is precisely what I was looking for in terms of an unbiased, quick, yet adequately detailed explanation of the game-play experience as a whole. Spectacular work, look forward to seeing more content from you in time. Thanks for the well-rounded review, I'm sure your channel will soon gain popularity to equate to the high level of content you're producing, wishing you all the best my friend.
Thank you for your kind words Danny that means a lot! I hope the video was useful and if you ever think of another game that needs looking at please let me know, I'm always looking for suggestions!
One of my biggest gripes with This War of Mine (the studio's previous game) was that there was very little variance between playthroughs. Once you learned the basic trick to survival, that strategy worked every time regardless of characters or settings. Does this game feel like that too? Or does it feel like depending on the rng, you have to do very different things to survive? I personally like it when one strategy can't solve the game.
There are several viable options to make it through to the end. However, I have seen other (more experienced) players mention that certain paths are definitely better than others. From what I have read, there is one "best" or easiest way to win the game. But once you've figured that out there are still several other options that make the game fun to play, even when you know what's best already. I hope that helps!
@@twiglets2 Thanks for the answer! I do appreciate games where you can set your "own personal rules" to make the game more interesting. And thanks for the review! One of the better reviews that takes a more objective approach.
Haven't watched video yet, but wanted to say: yes it definitely is worth it! I've owned this game since shortly after it first launched and I'm again playing a scenario and loving it! This game has so much replay value! One of the most fun games ever! Just make sure to keep an eye on the time when you play, as a whole night can fly by without you realising, as this game keeps you on the edge of your seat non-stop!
I'm glad to hear you're enjoying it so much! What would you say (to less experienced players) has the most replay value? I've heard others say the key is in the laws and changing which ones you choose for example.
Hey - When I loaded up youtube to search for a review of FP I was expecting to have to sit through multiple half-enthusiastic corporate feeling IGN reports to only half get an idea of what this game is actually like. I am so, so grateful to have found your content instead. You absolutely smashed what a balanced and in-depth review should be and thanks to this video I'll absolutely be picking up this game. In the future, I'll always check to see if you've put out a video on the game I'm looking into next. Thanks for all the hard work you put into this!
Wow thanks man, I'm glad the video helped! If there are any other games you feel need the same treatment please do let me know. Most of the time I'm guided by comments on my videos so I will likely end up doing it. Thanks for your kind words :)
Thank you dude. I love your reviews. Very informative, comprehensive and descriptive. I used to play strategy games only. But gave up on them once I struggled finding equally good ones. My fav were: cc generals; sims, theater of war; world in conflict; cities skyline and age of mythology. I will sub and keep an eye on reviews on these type of games.
I remember watching it when it first came out and just the music alone sold me. The final soundtrack when the "final boss" appears just blew me away. Ive never heard a soundtrack i love more then this one.
Absolutely! I know some people don't care about music but for me personally it sets the scene and this is a beautiful game, both visually and the music, complimenting each other so well. Kind of beautiful but also kind of tragic!
Frostpunk is a city building survival game with a compelling story. You really feel the pressure and frustration as the world gets colder. Highly reccomend it. The only downside is you wont feel like replaying it once the campaign is over.
Not trues at all first thing I did after campaign was restart it on extreme settings and survivor mode (big mistake) I've done several playthroughs and still have more to do to try and achieve certain goals.
Yes. no doubt, i bought on release i found myself playing it again, even today, by far my most favourite city builder I avidly wait frostpunk 2, i still talk to friends how good frostpunk 1 was, It was epic, Iron havest a rts recently reminded of me it graphically Ost is amazing and i love the art style and lore. Frostpunk left me wanting more, i look forward to the newest title
I can't wait! An interesting comparison with Iron Harvest that I hadn't thought of before, but I can really see it. I enjoyed the Iron Harvest story but felt it didn't fulfill it's potential unfortunately.
It feels like the game WANTS you to fail, not just trying to make it difficult, it wants you to succumb to the frost - brutal! Is it the package as a whole you think is well done, or a particular element? I find the art style and music alone is enough to keep me coming back.
Steam Cores are broken and not working as intended, I build 3 near each tent and they still were cold even though the building next to them was comfortable
It might be worth picking up when it's next on sale, I suspect it will have a deep discount with Frostpunk 2 on the way. It's a very good game but understandable if you're waiting for the sequel!
@@dronzie Thanks for mentioning that, I should have included it! Do you have Game Pass? I can't decide whether to give Sniper Elite 5 a go or Jurassic World Evolution 2 next.
I think you'll miss out if you decide to skip Frost Punk 1. The first game is a gem on its own, I would recommend getting it now, playing it and enjoying it as much as possible. Then when the sequel comes out, you'll just be so happy you can have more to enjoy!
Easily one of the best experiences I have ever had. Normally I turn my nose up at unrelenting and unreasonable punishing games, but Frostpunk is made so beautifully, simply and with so much depth that it drew me in and kept me there.
@adventofknowledge Are you looking forward to Frostpunk 2? It's difficult to see how they can improve on this formula, I'm concerned they'll add features for the sake of it that actually make the game worse but my fingers are crossed they'll do a good job!
Great video. One thing if you have to say "I dont want to ruin that for you" best not to mention any of it as it ruins part of the surprise regardless.
amazing game but brutally difficult. you have to be alert and keep track on many things simultaneously, constantly. people are well-insulated and feeling enough warmth? make sure the coal usage is not nett negative. your town are in balance of resource production, consumption, and population? here comes an influx of refugees that throw off that balance, and some of your people will suddenly feel homesick and demand to go back home, even though they are stranded on this frozen city :D and there are many, many more situations that requires your constant judgement and decision making. and the blizzards are of course the biggest stress tests of your city management.
I remember i had heard about how good this game was but i always kept forgetting about it. Once i did try it though i got sucked into it so fast and my first run of the start scenario was incredibly intense, made me feel a lot of emotion and kept me holding my breath. At around day 20 i had pretty much fucked up in any way i possibly could and was sure i wouldnt make it. I even said "if i reach day 30 i consider it a win." Well after gradually improving the situation, and avoiding my hope and discontent bars killing me multiple times at the last second (that shit was stressful) i made it to day 35. At that moment i nearly shat myself at the realization that i actually had a chance and quickly scrambled to catch up to my underdeveloped technology and housing. After 1 suicide, dozens of sacrifices and over a hundred people dying at the end i managed to beat the game without even "steaming vegetables". This game definitely left an impact on me and im really excited about the second installment
@@twiglets2 Honestly this game got a lot right so there isnt much left to be desired. Maybe more buildings for food and entertainment. Id also love to see a system where you can visit other player's cities.
@@dofima1729 Visiting other players is a very cool idea, I'd love to see that. Personally I like the idea of seeing how other nations / cultures deal with the frost in the next game, potentially leading to a few very different looking books of laws that reflect certain cultures at that point in history. I have a lot of faith in the developers so I'm just excited to see what they come up with.
Frostpunk is not what I would call a good game. Most of its reputation comes from its aesthetics, but past that its actual gameplay is a mess. Frostpunk tries to be a hardcore game, in a genre that doesn't support difficulty that well. Specifically, the City Builder part. Difficulty in City Builders, is very difficult to pull off. In the case of Frostpunk, its difficulty is presented by a series of scheduled events that the player needs to meticulously predict and prepare for. The result of this, is that there is virtually no player freedom, in this City Builder game. At least not if you don't want things to go catastrophically wrong along the way. The devs essentially min/maxed progression to the point where you have to follow their exact blueprint with barely any deviation in order to get through the game. And God forbid you have to restart, because there is nothing with less replayability than a City Builder with a fixed map and fixed events. Its second problem is its actual theme. On first glance, the game appears to be all about a sort of "Man against nature" scenario. A scenario that IS quite great. The problem is that once you go in, you quickly find out that it in fact isn't, and that the game is all about some badly implemented political discourse. Instead of a united city fighting back the frozen apocalypse, like the first game makes you think, the player is stuck managing a bunch of man-babies. And I cant stress how badly that is done. People crying because they have to work 10 hours a day, AT THE END OF THE WORLD *SPOILER ALERT* People trying to go back to London on foot, all the way from the arctic, even though its established that they barely made it to the first location with a giant steam vehicle. *END OF SPOILER* The Last Autumn DLC where even if you literally run the most luxurious colony with maximum happiness, people will immediately start going on about being badly treated the moment a scripted explosion happens. Its a cool theme that is undermined in favor of a half-assed political simulator. Its like somebody on the dev team got into politics at one point and decided that their whole game should be about beating people on the head with the message of how impossible it is to please everyone.
@@mtheman4221 interesting to hear your thoughts on this. A common criticism I hear is that there is only really one path to victory which fits with what you say. However the rest of what you say has given me something to think about indeed, especially when considering what frostpunk 2 might look like. I'm excited for it, but skeptical that they will add layers which will upset the balance. But if what you say is true, perhaps that's exactly what they need to do ...
I absolutely loved this game. My experience with city builders is pretty shallow. Lots of time spent with several Tropico sequels, but SP griped me in ways Tropico doesn't come close. The sense of desperation and tension kept me invested without scaring me off. Every decision feels crucial to whether or not your colony will survive. Even when things work out, you never feel too comfortable; knowing the next temperature drop or storm is looming within weeks or days. It's a game where expanding and progressing down the tech tree is vital; every second spent not researching your next advancement, brings your civilization closer to doom. When you do progress to a point were your colony thriving it feels well deserved and the internal payoff for me kept seeking survival in SP's varied senarios. This game is easy to pick up, but surviving to the end is challenging. I failed over and over again, but it never felt impossible or unfair. This game is not for the faint of heart, but if your wiling to face the bleak unforgiving cold, surviving by the skin of your teeth, you will find a game play experience worth sinking hours into.
Thanks for sharing your experience, summed it up very well. I often say that Frostpunk got to me on a level that most games don't achieve and for all of the reasons you said. Are you excited for Frostpunk 2?
My only complaint so far is they didn’t add a “restart game” in the menu, and in this game we all know that happens a few times in the beginning. It’s so basic, why not!?
Frostpunk is really worth the money, in my opinion. Even though I haven't gotten hundreds of hours of gameplay out of it, I have thought about and reminisced about (especiall) my first playthrough a lot. I would say Frostpunk to an extent had an impact of shaping me as a person positively. I see it more like a good book that you read once (or once every once in a while), and not like a game you play routinely after work.
Yes it's just like a book! I don't play it often now but I find I can have very good conversations with others who have played Frostpunk, much more so than other games. Looking forward to Frostpunk 2!
@AliA-dz5sg If you have already seen my video on Anno 1800 then perhaps this will help... Frostpunk is a desperate game of survival, difficult choices and feeling like you're always running out. Anno 1800 is a game about constructing production chains, growing an economy and is generally a "feel good" game. Very different to Frostpunk in that respect.
Frostpunk is one of the few games I’ll come back and play again, or will crave when I’ve seen someone else play it. It’s easy to pick up for a quick(ish) session and the relatively minor RNG element feels stimulating rather than frustrating.
An excellent analysis of an excellent game. Frostpunk is a multifaceted experience with a LOT of replay value. Simply your choices of Laws, or even the order in which you research tech, or explore the Frostland, can extend the experience, as can three (meaningful) levels of difficulty. Beyond that, self-inflicted challenges, such as some RUclipsrs enact, will further test your mettle in this unforgiving scenario. Worth it? Do you enjoy the endorphin rush of intense stress relieved by momentary success? Frostpunk pays off at that level many times during playthrough. The DLCs are worth picking up, as well. =^[.]^=
I have put in more than a hundred hours into Frostpunk. That’s not including what my son has played. I saw the trailer for Frostpunk 2 and I feel all giddy and anxious. Another year or so probably till it comes out!
Ahhh now that is a very good question indeed. Not easy to answer though. I think yes, but it doesn't have the replayability of Stellaris. I do believe it has some of the same systems that a Stellaris player would enjoy. It's nothing like as complicated, the systems are quite basic, but the choices are very very difficult and require much thought, depending on how willing you are to be emotionally invested. A very different game, but a lot for a Stellaris player to like, if you're willing to get caught up in the story. You may only play it through a few times, but if you pick it up in the sale it may still represent good value. Let us know how you get on!
I'm glad to hear you say that. Some say that the replayability isn't there with Frostpunk, which I'm sure isn't true but I've not played the game for 100 hours to say first hand there's definitely loads of replayability.
This game has been free to play on Xbox game pass for well over a year now and has almost or maybe all the dlc. This game is really difficult for me as I always try to do what's best for the people rather than me reaching the end at any cost in these type of games.
Thanks for the feedback that's useful to know! I like starting with the big picture and going into more detail as the video progresses, to give people the chance to tap out if they don't like the sound of it. I hope it was useful!
Havent played anything in years because i want interested. Got this game as a gift and played so many hours and didnt event finish all DLCs. great game
I'm glad you're enjoying it! Question: I assume you've played through the game a few times, what do you think gives it the longevity? Some people say you play it once and it's not worth playing again.
@@twiglets2 Yes, great vid! , to be honest its hard to tell, i guess its because outcomes are different depending on choices, also its just immersive as hell, art and music and sound effects... man.. this game is just something else. I hope Frostpunk 2 gonna be released soon

Thank you! I hope you found the video of interest even though you already play the game. Are you looking forward to Frostpunk 2? I'm excited, but hope they do a good job building on the success of the first game!
I haven't reached that stage myself but I'm interested to hear what more experienced players think about the longevity. Some seem to love it and can play over and over again. I guess it's fun to try new things even once you figure out the winning formula?
My first successful playthrough of this game convinced me to always make the kids work. *Leader* I've seen the future, whether you work or not decides whether you have one or not.
Yes I have found the same. I think it's fair to say that there are a few things like this, where there is a "best" decision which will help you to complete the story. Some options are only if you want to try something new, but may not be the best option.
Yup! I don't want to ruin any surprises but it's possible to get rid of one of them later in the game depending on which path you choose, but sometimes you play with both the whole time. It's a real juggling act but after a while you get comfortable with what will help keep them high or low depending on what you need at the time. The book of laws is so helpful for that.
@@twiglets2 I've also seen Obedience in place of one (I can't remember which). May be another spoiler but I like that existential dread and climate anxiety are full-on mechanics.
Honestly this is one of the first city builders that has made me nearly break my controller out of annoyance from some of the resource mechanics deciding to suddenly not work or day two having three sick folks that snow ball into dozens in only days

Absolutely. I really love the "and then things got worse, again" style of game. Something about the despair of ever-worsening conditions gets me where I want to go
Even Total Annihilation is worth in 2022 despite being from 1997 because no other RTS game comes close to the magnificence of that game and the graphics aren't that bad either, they are pretty realistic for 1997, specially explosions, those are one of the most realistic explosions of any game I ever came across, recent or old.
@@twiglets2 Indeed, TA is available on steam since a decade ago or something. :) People still play it online on game ranger, although mostly are with the Escalation mod which I really don't like it. this was the comment I was looking for when the video started. I just finished Tropico 5, playing it for the first time. I'm gonna give Frostpunk a try.
Just bought the game based on this review. Great review style, keep going success will come to this channel
@@twiglets2 not confirmed but one thing is: "the Oil".
And thats where the supposed economy will revolve around from.
@@BootyRealDreamMurMurs That makes a lot of sense to me. Now if they'd just hurry up I'd like to play it now!

I disagree I’ve replayed this many times and even when it gets “boring” just don’t play for a while and you can come back and re experience it
Not trues at all first thing I did after campaign was restart it on extreme settings and survivor mode (big mistake) I've done several playthroughs and still have more to do to try and achieve certain goals.

Haha some serious snowpiercer vibes here, maybe Frostpunk 2 will include a train, that'd be pretty cool!
I mostly dislike these hard, unforgiving games. But this game is so well done. I really enjoyed it
It feels like the game WANTS you to fail, not just trying to make it difficult, it wants you to succumb to the frost - brutal!
Is it the package as a whole you think is well done, or a particular element? I find the art style and music alone is enough to keep me coming back.
Great review. Saw the game for 7 bucks on steam and just absolutely had to get it

Got to play some Frostpunk on a friend's PC. It's tempting to buy but with Frostpunk 2 on the horizon I'm constantly stopping myself from buying it.
It might be worth picking up when it's next on sale, I suspect it will have a deep discount with Frostpunk 2 on the way. It's a very good game but understandable if you're waiting for the sequel!

Sounds like a skill gap issue going on...
The GOTY contains all DLCs and is only $10 on Steam. It is a small but challenging environment, and you will get pulled into it.
@petersonfamily6223 What a bargain that is!
Great video. One thing if you have to say "I dont want to ruin that for you" best not to mention any of it as it ruins part of the surprise regardless.
Thanks for the tip!
Just got his game free on PS5. Do you recommend getting and installing the DLC first, or do a playthrough then do a 2nd playthrough with the DLC?
@Quarthon definitely play without the dlc first!
amazing game but brutally difficult. you have to be alert and keep track on many things simultaneously, constantly.
people are well-insulated and feeling enough warmth? make sure the coal usage is not nett negative. your town are in balance of resource production, consumption, and population? here comes an influx of refugees that throw off that balance, and some of your people will suddenly feel homesick and demand to go back home, even though they are stranded on this frozen city :D
and there are many, many more situations that requires your constant judgement and decision making. and the blizzards are of course the biggest stress tests of your city management.
@TheOis1984 Glad to hear you enjoy the game! Are you looking forward to Frostpunk 2? I hope the high expectations don't ruin the game.

That sounds like an amazing playthrough! I'm curious what you would like to see in the second Frostpunk game?
@@twiglets2 Honestly this game got a lot right so there isnt much left to be desired. Maybe more buildings for food and entertainment. Id also love to see a system where you can visit other player's cities.
@@dofima1729 Visiting other players is a very cool idea, I'd love to see that. Personally I like the idea of seeing how other nations / cultures deal with the frost in the next game, potentially leading to a few very different looking books of laws that reflect certain cultures at that point in history.
I have a lot of faith in the developers so I'm just excited to see what they come up with.
@@twiglets2 Oh yea! Thats a great idea! Maybe more variations to the 'Purpose' type of laws too.

the game is nice but i think it lacks content in the endgame, endless mode btw
People crying because they have to work 10 hours a day, AT THE END OF THE WORLD
*SPOILER ALERT* People trying to go back to London on foot, all the way from the arctic, even though its established that they barely made it to the first location with a giant steam vehicle. *END OF SPOILER*
The Last Autumn DLC where even if you literally run the most luxurious colony with maximum happiness, people will immediately start going on about being badly treated the moment a scripted explosion happens.
In defense for the last autumn.
If you keep the worksite security up to par there won't be any explosion in the first place
I wish they would make it an online multi player game
Now that is an interesting idea...perhaps for Frostpunk 2?
My review for this game is "stressed god tries to manage the bri'ish at humanity's final dance"
Sums it up nicely!
Your voice sounds like a tree that has been re-assembled from its own saw dust that decided to gargle some water.
I.....thank you?!
Honestly I can’t wait for frost punk 2 but dang are they taking long.
I've taken the opportunity to look for a release date, didn't find one, but I can't believe the release trailer was August 2021...!
Should I get anno 1800 or frostpunk I’m still not sure
@AliA-dz5sg If you have already seen my video on Anno 1800 then perhaps this will help...
Frostpunk is a desperate game of survival, difficult choices and feeling like you're always running out.
Anno 1800 is a game about constructing production chains, growing an economy and is generally a "feel good" game. Very different to Frostpunk in that respect.

It can't come soon enough! What improvements / advancements would you like to see in Frostpunk 2?
Got the game for free lul
Think it would appeal to a Stellaris player?
Every new New Home playthrough is still fresh and new to me.
I'm glad to hear you say that. Some say that the replayability isn't there with Frostpunk, which I'm sure isn't true but I've not played the game for 100 hours to say first hand there's definitely loads of replayability.

@@twiglets2 All depends how you want to, really. Chronological, top down/bottom up. I myself had done a top down sort of manner.
@@ItsDaKoolaidDude I'll give them all a try either way so I guess I'll just get stuck in! :)
Too hard.
